Large studio stylish space with manicured décor. Warm feeling that makes you want to stay in and cozy up in bed. We furnished the room for your convenience, if you are planning a quick trip, long get away or here for business we got everything you need to feel at home.

Guest have access to the building, gated parking, laundry room and court yard patio. We ask all guest to respect residents and other guest in the building. Please let us know if you intend to have a visitors.

If you are looking to explore and like to have some recommendations from locals we will be more than happy to assist you! If you want to be left alone then we are fine with that as well!

Quiet neighborhood next to an elementary school. Down the street there is the Haitian Cultural center with lots of shops and places to eat. The building is between to streets that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Also 10 minutes from South Beach!

*Having a car or using Uber is very highly recommended!!!*The studio is between to important Avenues that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell, Miami Beach.

If you will be checking in late let us know in advance. We try to be present for all check in's but understand that sometimes there will be late arrivals. If you have any special request please let us know. Early check in or late check out is only possible with availability. We charge $20.00 fee for early check in late check out no later then 12pm.

The unit was nice and clean and decorated just lovely. It's nice to have a king size bed in a studio apartment. The location is convenient. I appreciated the private gated parking.

The stay that I experienced was good for what I was in town for. Parking was small and secure with a first come first serve. I was on a tight schedule and I couldn’t experience the area the way that I wanted. If my travels send me back to Miami, I will look at this place for a vacancy…. Management was easy to reach for assistance…

The room was clean. The room is in a run down build with torn carpet and dirty hallways. The hot water in the shower barley ran out. This did not appear to be in the best neighborhood.

Die Vermieter antworten leider nicht selber. Man erhält lediglich eine automatische Antwort vernab der vorgestellten Frage. Es steht leider nicht das die Umgebung in einem Brennpunkt von Miami liegt. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen ist diese Unterkunft nicht geeignet, da die Klimaanlage extrem Laut ist, auch darauf kam auf Nachfrage keine Antwort. Schade!
