Soak in the private jacuzzi right on your own balcony, sipping martinis as the sun sets over the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee watching the whales play right in front of your balcony! This 1905 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury condo is tastefully furnished, yet very comfortable, and caters easily to 4 to 6 people. The second bedroom accommodates 2-4.

Swim in the 5 pools situated right in front of the breaking water. There are many water sports available along the beach, a snack bar/restaurant on the pool deck, and many other restaurants within walking distance, right on the beach or in town. A 5 minute taxi ride to the center of town costs about $4 US.

There is a gym on site in the clubhouse, a pool table and card table room right in the building as well as a business/office center with free internet available. Bring your laptop to the pool! There's free internet, there, as well. A media room with big screen TV is also available.

This unit has a 52" flat screen TV in the living room and a 52" flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

Amazing Location

The family and I throughly enjoyed their spring break at this conveniently located condo centrally located between the airport and downtown. The property itself was very clean with fantastic amenities and on-site pools. Definitely will look to stay here again and recommend booking here for your next stay.

Super quiet unit and amazing property. Excellent, attentive and friendly staff. Incredible views from both front and back balconies of downtown and the mountains. We really appreciated the in person greeting and tour of the unit from the property owner. We will definitely return!

Traveled with family during the Christmas break. Location is excellent, several groceries stores within walking distance. Lots of really good restaurants close by. The condo had a million dollar view of the bay, we started each day with coffee on the balcony.

Everything about renting this condo went smoothly! The owner's representative was punctual and waiting for us with the keys on arrival. The condo is gorgeous, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of bed linens, thick towels for the pool etc. The security deposit was returned to us quickly. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again soon.

Wonderful

It was a wonderful stay for a week, felt short! Jim was great to work with, accommodating, and the condo was wonderful, the pictures don’t do it justice at all. The location is very convenient, with the beach right there, restaurants and grocery stores as well. We got tested at a location right in front of the Grand Venetian and got the results within a couple of hours. The view from the balcony and even inside the living room is wonderful! Thank you Jim!

I will never stay at a another all inclusive in puerto vallarta again! The views and the deck were amazing. The pools were not heavily used. So lots of chairs and space. Great kitchen. Location is central to everything and if you rent a car parking is included. Payment was smooth and stress free process. Checking in and out was easy. Again highly recommend.

VERY IMPRESSIVE!

This condo is perfect for a week of relaxation and that is exactly what we did. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Hanging out at the pool & beach during the day, out for dinner & cocktails in the evening and back to the condo for a jacuzzi under the stars to finish the night. It just doesn't get much better than that, especially if that's what one is looking for. Of all the places we have stayed thus far in Puerto Vallarta, this condo is right at the top of the list and we look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks again Jim.

The property and surrounding areas were very nice, there was constant construction noises if our balcony was open even late at night, but owner was a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: nice in the beginning then turned. We are two couples that traveled together in our late 50's and early 60's, and were verbally abused on the phone when one lady accidentally damaged the stove top glass (it was a cover, not a traditional type stove but should not have cooked on it) our error that I immediately let the owner know. I get a chewing out because we had the air conditioning set for our return from the beach (JQ came in to visit damage) and yelled at me for having the AC on at 20C? Said we were "blanking morons" or on drugs, neither is the case. Charged us on the deposit for not only the glass stove top (understandable) but for excess cleaning, "damaged" wall hanging, glass in garbage disposal, etc. Watch your security deposit, you may not get it back. An unfortunate turn, I have been all over the world from Hong Kong, Hawaii, and just back last year from Costa Rica, never had this type of harassment, perhaps because he was off his meds. This ruined a great trip to the area and local establishments (zip lines, restaurants, ATV, parasailing, scuba diving) I would not recommend this property for anyone.

Fantastic views

The condo has oceanfront/beach views on one balcony, and city views on the other balcony in the back. With both balconies open, a breeze goes through the condo making it very comfortable. It was perfect for a family of four. The location is on one of the best beaches, and you can walk to shopping or take a quick Uber to the Malecón. The restaurant associated with the condo was great, as was the multiple pools and exercise area. We would like to return here in the future.

This is a great property with an amazing location and an amazing view. The photos don't do it justice as the view is absolutely spectacular. Jim the host is wonderful and attentive. It is very clean and has everything we needed. The pools are lovely, there is very good security - all around a really great place.

Ideal in every way

Our stay could not have been more wonderful. The condo is beautiful and worked very well for our family of five. The pools, the staff, the view (we saw Humpback whales from the amazing balcony), the restaurant, EVERYTHING were a dream!! Our family loved our stay in this condo. Jim as excellent to work with, answering emails promptly and giving good advice about our stay. The condo was spotless clean. The view was fantastic. We loved that everything you could want is in walking distance...groceries, shopping, the bus stop etc. We loved the ambiance of the locals coming to the beach in front of the condo with all the colorful umbrellas and music. All in all a wonderful but too short stay!

Amazing views in excellent complex

The views from the condo were breathtaking from the moment we walked in the front door. An incredible feeling of peacefulness and tranquility comes over you. There is the wide expansive view of the ocean from the glass doors and balcony as well as the view of the bay, hotel zone and Old Town. We walked along the beach into Old Town to have lunch. It was a longer walk, but fun to see the many establishments along the way and to get a taste of the Malecon and Old Town area. The Grand Venetian complex is top-rate with several pools and hot tubs to choose from, a work-out room, pool table, tennis courts, a wonderful restaurant on-site, and a very kind and professional staff. The security is tight, professional and provides a complete sense of safety. The beach in front of the complex is the best in the area. The condo was great for our family with the 2 bedrooms, each with walk-in closets, and 2 bathrooms. It was great to have the second bedroom with two double beds for our children to have their own space. There is a second balcony in the back with a view of the sunrise from behind the mountains. You are able to get a wonderful breeze with the two decks on either end of the unit so no air conditioning was needed and you can hear the ocean waves all night long. The laundry in the condo is an added bonus of convenience. Maria was there to greet us upon our arrival and had the place very clean and ready for us to enjoy. She returned during our visit to provide another cleaning and change bedding. The location of the complex is perfect as anything you need is within walking distance. Cabs and buses are also right in front on the main road. We rented a car and were able to park without any difficulty or added cost in the underground garage. You can walk to the marina for various excursions. We did a fishing trip and saw several whales playing and breaching in the water, dolphins jumping and manta rays enjoying the sunshine. We caught several large fish for a very successful fishing trip. We would also highly recommend the Outdoor Adventure with Vallarta Adventures company. It was so much fun and such a unique experience and we will never forget. Some friends were staying on the beach in a nearby complex and could not believe what we were able to enjoy during our stay in comparison with theirs... and they paid more! You will not be disappointed if you choose this condo in this complex in the wonderful city of Puerto Vallarta!

Fabulous!

Luxury stay with an awesome ocean view

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in 2013. We loved it so much that we rented it again this past March for a month. It is modern and very clean with a breathtaking views of the ocean and the beach below. You will see the most beautiful sunset everyday from the balcony. Great cross wind ventilation that kept you cool and comfortable without the AC being on. The whole facility is well taken care of. Four pools with hot tubs and right on the beach filled all our swimming and relaxing needs The condo is in a nice location with easy access to Starbucks, Wal-Mart, etc. You can catch the local buses right at the entrance of the complex - which is a great and inexpensive way to get around town. There are lots of retired people at this condo that worked out for us. The condo far exceeded our already high expectations. The only tiny request I might make is that salt and pepper be available. Besides that, I loved everything about this condo

Thank you James!!! Your condo was awesome!!! My family loved it,location was close to everything,easy to get around. Our kids age 9 and 7 loved the pool and beach. Oscar was very helpful and a pleasure to chat with. This was our third time in PV and we loved having the condo instead of all inclusive resorts. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids. What a condo! Very spacious and open living area; floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors for allowing the tropical breezes to blow throught the entire unit! (No need for A/C!) We enjoyed the large balcony and it's incredible view of the pools, the bay and beach, the mountains, and downtown. Having laundry facilities in the unit was definately a plus for washing/drying the pool towels. Great location! Walking distance along the beach or along the main road to several restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks. The staff at the Grand Venetian was pleasant & very helpful. We met several owners, all of whom were very friendly and welcoming of the renters. And I can't say enough about Oscar! He was in the lobby to greets us and show us to the condo; he is very knowledgeable about the Grand Venetian and all of PV. Oscar gave us some great insight to the PV area; recommended lots of places to see and things to do! Thank you, James, for allowing us to spend such a glorious week in your beautiful condo! Hope we can rent again soon!

Why they chose this property

I chose Grand Venetian for it's location: gorgeous ocean views, morning walks on the beach with my coffee, close proximity to the marina, galleria shopping, Costco, Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, restaurants and nightlife. Also, because it is just so relaxing, there. You don't even have to go out!

What makes this property unique

I scuba dive and snorkel. There are many boats with day cruises as well as dive tours. I enjoy the ability to walk most anywhere in the area. It's great exercise. However, there are many inexpensive taxis. A taxi is just $4 to the center of town and a bus is about 40 cents. The famed "La Isla" shopping plaza is steps away.
