Everything was so clean and the house was really nice. I have stayed at many houses and this was the top of my list Pool and hot tub were great. Host was easy to get in contact with and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Property was exactly as listed. House was very clean and kitchenwas well stocked for making meals. We loved the pool and hot tub. Diana answered all of our questions quickly either by phone call or text.

Home was very clean, had everything you needed. Pool and hot tub were great. Neighborhoo was quiet.

Started off exciting. On lake not coastal. Inquired about pool heater to owners daughter, was told she'd take care of it and didn't see her again. Guest Manual claimed water at 85, it was locked in at 76. Picked this home for location, hot tub and pool. Very disappointing we couldn't use. Beautiful home but in need of few maintenance issues and pest control.

Beautiful home

The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, but also close to downtown. We loved watching the wildlife right in our backyard. Diana made the check-in process very easy. No hassle at all. We will definitely rent this place again.

This house is amazing. The owner has gone upscale on everything. No cheap, tacky, mismatched & thrown together decor. I wish MY house was this nice! We ran into all sorts of problems —NONE associated with the house, the owner, the manager!—so we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub. We did spend every possible minute we could in the patio/lanai, soaking in that view and watching the birds & squirrels. We’re already working on booking a week for our anniversary. And this time we’re not telling anyone we’re there! We’re gonna live in that pool! Thanks to Diana for putting up with us! She’s a gem!

We had a wonderful time here! Diana was exceptional. She was always available and very quick to respond to our questions. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. The view of the lake was beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely stay again!

This is one of the nicest VRBOs that we have stayed in. Exceptionally well furnished and very comfortable with a great pool and lake view. Perfect for a couple or a small family. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Nice quiet neighborhood. Hot tub and heated pool was very relaxing. Plenty of seafood and other offerings. Short drive to gulf and beaches. Planning to return.

Excellent property perfect for a relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Rs. The location is ideal with a large number of restaurants and a choice of supermarkets within a 5 - 10 minute drive. The house is in a quite location with the only major noise coming from the variety of wildlife that visit the lake. The house was comfortable and has everything you need for your vacation. As previously mentioned in another review, the only slight negative was that the hot tub did have a strong chemical smell but we did eventually get used to it and it was a good way to soothe tired legs after a days walking. During our stay we did visit the beach at Clearwater and also spent a couple of hours renting Kayaks at the Werner-Boyce Salt Springs state park which is only a 5 minute drive away (Traffic lights permitting).
A regular visitor who we called Larry (Limkin)
If Larry wasn't in the tree then the White Ibis could be seen there.

The view from the back patio is worth the stay ALONE!

We loved this house! It was in a super quiet subdivision, had a phenomenal view from the back porch, private pool and having a whole house to yourselves is the way to vacation! Will stay again and hope you do too! The hostess was great to communicate with, HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will again.

Very Relaxing

The house was very clean. The check-in process was extremely smooth. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the ducks and birds every morning while drinking our morning coffee. The pool was very nice. We would definitely stay here again
