Realxing Stay Rocky Ridge #113

Enjoy 2150 square feet of living space in this Rocky Ridge vacation rental condo decorated in a mountain style, with a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. When you walk in the door there is a nice split-level entry with a hall closet to store you’re outdoor gear. Follow the steps up to the living area which is bright and open with high vaulted ceilings, a large wood-burning fireplace with rock surrounding a window seat to relax on and a wet bar for entertaining. The dining room is open to the living area with a large table. Enjoy BBQing on the peaceful back deck or lounging in the sun. The upgraded kitchen has everything you may need to make a meal. There is a breakfast nook off of the kitchen as well as another living space or den or extra sleeping area as the sofa makes into a bed. There is a half bath on this level as well. Downstairs in the two guest rooms, there are conversion beds that can be made up into two Kings or four Twins depending on your need (pictures show beds as Kings). These bedrooms share a large full bathroom at the end of the hallway. The master bedroom has a King size bed, sitting area, a small outside deck and a full bath. The unit has Wifi access and cable. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

This property exceeded my expectation. Extremely clean, comfortable & spacious. Often times rentals will say "well stocked kitchen" but only have a few pots and pans and missing all the essentials..not this kitchen! More than enough of everything to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and more. I look forward to coming back. Thank you to the property management for a seamless arrive with well communicated and on time emails with all the info.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is mostly great and location is even better. However, the description is not fully accurate. There is no heat in the bunk room. When one room suddenly becomes unavailable because the kids are cold, that really messes up the experience. Therefore, I’d be very careful booking an O’Neal property as the description isn’t fully accurate.

Great family and friends getaway

The place was clean, well-appointed, and plenty large for our group of six adults plus kids. And the location was great—just a short drive into Tahoe City. Host was very responsive and we had no issues.

The HOA has an awesome pool, courts, hot tub, playground, dock, etc. Great place to be in Tahoe City.

The hosts are terrible. They will over charge u extra money even if you leave a blanket on the couch like why are we paying the cleaning fees if they are gonna charge for basic cleaning. Make sure don’t book with this company. They will make up bunch of lie to try to over charge you.

Excellent experience

loved the property. Amenities and condo was just as described and was excellent. Only suggestion would be to include a map of the property with the check in process. Also to make the house numbers more visible. We checked in late and searched for a long time for our condo, including getting out of the car and walking around to find the correct number. The house numbers blended in with the house decor and were barely visible in daylight and almost impossible to see in the dark. But would highly recommend staying in this condo complex

It was unseasonable cool this year so we did not use the private beach or pool as much as we would have liked but they looked great. For mtn bikers there is good riding right out the front door in Burton Creek State Park. Would recommend to friends.

I can’t say enough lol! Great location! Quiet, safe & beautiful. We came with my 2 little girls, hubby, mom & MIL. The home was perfect, clean & fully equipped. We all had such a great time. I will be definitely back in the winter. Little thing that can be fixed is the Squeaky master bed lol. This is booked up most of the time in the summer. Beautiful trails to walk. Very very safe for children. They have multiple pools, tennis court, pickle ball court & a playground! If you come , you will not be disappointed. I hope you enjoyed my review. Will stay again

Great stay. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and location was good. We were 6 adults and 3 kids (3 and under) and there was ample space. Only thing is that one bedroom with bunk beds does not have heat. There’s a small space heater but during our stay it dropped to 10 degrees and that room had a cold draft. Otherwise the house was great and we plan to stay again. If AC is installed we would stay during summer months too!

Our vacation at Rocky Ridge # 113

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rocky Ridge is a beautiful gated community near Tahoe City. The views of the lake on the ride up to the condos is magnificent. It has 2 pools and the lakeside pool is very nice. 113 is a very spacious condo located on the top of the hill right next to the State trail. I mention this cause we had 2 events with black bears. Be sure to lock your car doors cause I can vouch for the fact that they know how to open the doors.The condo has plenty of towels & linens, but the kitchen could use some new pots and pans. We also had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling on our arrival. We had to get some ice and an extra cooler to keep our diary products from spoiling .

Absolutely Beautiful

This property is absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views. Gorgeous walks. The home was beyond gorgeous and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen and rooms are well equipped for your stay. We enjoyed cooking and snuggling up by the fire. The park was great for our kids. We want to come back ASAP! The only bummer was that It said the Winter pool was open and it is not. But other than that- Five Stars!!!

Great place to stay. The whole family loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location close to town. Beach club is off site so you have to drove there but overall value of property was great. Would love to stay here again.

Needs new widow coverings, Better lightin, Proper kitchen knives

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this same unit 113 last year. It needs 2 proper kitchen knives- a chefs knife and a paring knife. It needs to have the old mini blinds replaced with good window coverings for light and heat control. The kitchen window blind has a cord that hangs down and is a hazard for children. Our 2 year old grandchild immediately started playing with it. Fortunately I saw her and secured the cord out of reach. I think those blinds are actually illigal in CA. And last, the lighting is much too dim everywhere except the kitchen. Owners need better bulbs and more lamps especially in the living room!!! Please evaluate this property for these issues and get back to me. Mary Nahas
