We liked that it's right near the lake. The backyard was perfect for making snow angels in. There's a Safeway near by, tons of skiing options around. Everything was what we hoped for.

The area was great! The property was nice for what we needed but could use some updating. Had an issue with the second bedroom not having power on the first night but was quickly fixed the next day. Location was perfect! We would stay here again if in the area.

Checked all the boxes

Great location! Clean and comfortable. A bit noisy in the early morning (6:30 am) with the construction near by and the bed isn’t super comfortable. For a last minute stay and affordable, it was worth it. Location is great as it’s just outside the busy table city hustle and bustle you can bike to town or a quick 3 min drive.

Off Season Tahoe Trip

The accommodations were excellent! It was a perfect base camp for a week of hiking and fishing. Easy access to Truckee and anywhere around the lake. The whole process had no hassles. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 has nothing to do with the host or the town home. The neighborhood was quiet the whole time we were there, except on the last night, when a loud group of neighbors moved in behind us.

Great spot and functional condo

Super clean, comfortable beds and functional layout. They had absolutely everything minus a pair of tongs! There was even an instapot handy...it was a comfortable stay and we played games, skied at Alpine Palisades (15 min drive) and played near the lake (5 min). Check in was a tad confusing as the email subject didnt stand out and it was late when we arrived. I finally found the check in details...otherwise great stay.

Happy with this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect, as our family lives just across the main road in Tahoe. I have finally discovered a condo to rent for our frequent trips that uses the BEST cleaning crew. I have rented other properties, and often need to do a thorough cleaning prior to settling in. The space was perfect for our needs, with a main bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. We loved having the enclosed deck. However, the deck could use a refresh, with popped-up nails and many splinters.

Had a great time. Nice and close to the lake. There are two pools. If you have kids done go into the quiet pool. The residence will let you know. Maybe I missed that in the instructions. The other pool is bigger anyway.

VERY NICE CONDO NEAR LAKE TAHOE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came to Tahoe to take a brake from the heat. The weather was wonderful. The property manager was top notch. I would definitely like to work with O'Neal Assoc. again. The property was small but very nicely upgraded and furnished. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for overall experience was because the twin beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable for an adult size person. The only way those twin beds would work would be if the beds did not have a footboard so an adult could have stretched out.
