Le Mediterrania est un complexe de condominiums luxueux et haut de gamme situé sur la plage avec une vue imprenable sur les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Le Mediterrania est en effet «spécial» et dispose de beaux jardins bien entretenus, une immense piscine, fontaine spa, un club-house de la communauté, centre de fitness, court de tennis, un parking souterrain et d'un belvédère qui mène à la plage.

Notre unité est une unité non-fumeurs, peut accueillir huit personnes, est classé «platine», et est décorée dans un magnifique, élégance décontractée, magnifiquement conçu par Norwalk meubles.

L'appareil est livré avec moulures partout, carrelage (sauf chambres), des traitements de fenêtre de concepteur, beau literie, rideaux de douche et les oreillers, et magnifique œuvre d'art. Le grand salon est centré autour d'une coupe élégante mais confortable, avec de belles pièces d'accent de meubles.

La chambre principale est très chic avec une salle de bains principale spacieuse qui comprend un bain à remous, douche séparée, deux lavabos, et une commode de maquillage intégré. La deuxième grande chambre dispose de deux lits doubles et est également livré avec sa propre salle de bains. La section vous permet de convertir à un lit queen-size, et il ya un demi-bain pour vos invités.

L'appareil est livré avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris trois téléviseurs, trois DVD, un accès Internet sans fil gratuit à haute vitesse, laveuse et sécheuse, et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four micro-ondes.

Vous pourrez dîner ou vous détendre sur la terrasse et profiter de la vue ou regardez vos enfants dans la piscine géante de taille, qui est situé juste en face de l'unité, ou vous pouvez marcher à travers la Mediterrania Gazebo aux eaux vert émeraude du golfe . Nous offrons maintenant le service de plage (deux chaises et un parasol) à partir de début Mars jusqu'au 31 octobre

Le Mediterrania est très spéciale et est conçu avec le luxe à l'esprit. Il est proche de merveilleux restaurants, shopping, près de Pompano Joes, et à quelques minutes du centre commercial et Destin Commons.

Perfect spot. I’m not a bot or AI, took my family, sour of the moment. If you’re looking for a spot…. This is it. Walk right out the door to the hot tub and pool, through the gate to the beach, it’s a very short walk, easy. We will be back!

Home away from home

We’ve been coming to the area for over a decade and this was our first stay at the Mediterranea. This condo was phenomenal! The decor was impeccable and the location was fantastic. Cannot wait to come back next year.

Perfect family vacay spot!

This condo is by far my most favorite place we have stayed in Destin this far. Donna was amazing, super responsive and helpul! The complex is beautiful and this condo is immaculate! Gorgeous decor, location amazing, and first floor so perfect for easy pool and beach access! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Definitely want to return. Property was better than pictures and description. Easy access since it was ground floor. Location had a great view from outdoor space. Parking is convenient. We loved it!

Location Location Location!

Unit 206B was perfect for my family, convenient for everything. The place was spotless and had everything we needed plus the beds were very comfortable. Being on the ground level was nice for pool and beach access. I would highly recommend this unit and we would love to stay there again. The Widner Family

Spring break paradise

Walking out from the patio right to the well kept gorgeous pool and then across the street to the white sand beach of Miramar was the best part of our trip. We had a private beach with beach chairs and umbrella included! Pompano Joes right next to our property was fantastic with phenomenal food and so close for drinks on the beach. The property was newly renovated, clean and gorgeous. Fantastic vacation!

Everything was perfect!

First of all the host, Donna is very responsive. She is quick to answer any questions and easy to book with. The unit was super clean and recently renovated. Everything was just as described. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone. Being on the first floor was convenient to the pool and beach. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great Condo & Property!

Donna was awesome to rent from...she was very responsive and helpful giving us info about the area. The condo was spotless and in a great location...we just opened the sliding patio door and the nice pool was right there. We were concerned that it would be loud at night, but the whole complex was very calm, lots of young families, no crazy parties or noise at all. Very nice place!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at the condo for a week! It was very nice and very clean! We specifically wanted a condo on the first floor bc our kiddo is 4. The condos location was in the perfect spot with easy access to the pool and the parking lot (great for unpacking and packing the car). Would highly recommend this condo. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

The Perfect Condo!!

We always stay at the Mediterranea while in Destin...but this condo was our favorite, yet!!! Donna's condo was very well decorated and roomy. This unit opens up steps away from the pool...which is so convenient. Though it's on the first floor, you can still see the ocean view from the porch! We look forward to visiting next year!

Your property was excellent. Only minus was pool wasn't heated and chair service on beach didn't start earlier. Overall a very, very nice condo. thank you.

Beautiful complex and location

The property and location couldn’t be better… The unit was very nice and updated… The shower off of the primary bedroom is quite small and some of the towels were over used and dingy in color. (Perhaps it’s best to bring your own)…Although a few of the furniture pieces were a little tired, I would give the overall experience four stars.

Susan, thanks for the good review. I have changed out all of the towels, sheets, all linens to new ones. The towels are "hotel" quality. The dining chairs have been reupholstered as well as the bar stools. Additionally, I have replaced the two leather recliners in the living room. Everything should look brand new! Donna

Favorite vacation place.

So much going for this Condo. Attentive owner, who will assist you and readily answer any questions. Condo itself as stated is updated, (as shown in pictures). Great location, steps away from pool and beach. (Beach service provided). Short walk to Pompano Joes. Not mentioned is steaming ability on a large smart TV. Will definitely return.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The property is well maintained and even though we did not get a chance to use the pool it looked very nice as well. My only suggestion would be for both the entrance and exit gate to be closed for safety and security. You need to use the code to enter the gate meanwhile the exit is completely open so it defeats the purpose of a gated community. Overall a great stay :)

The HOA has had difficulty getting the parts they need to get the gate up and running. Of course, all guests are required to have a Mediterranea parking pass and anyone at the pool must show the pool card. Great property, very clean, loved it all

Everything was great. Very clean, close to the pool, lots of room, everything we needed was in the room. Could have used a couple more towels but we just washed and shared or used our beach towels after showers. Bath tub was nice to soak in after day out in the sun. Did talk to a lot of others who stayed and found out many paid a lot less for their condos that were the same size. Not sure if it was because of the VRBO fees added or this specific one was just priced higher. The pool was bath tub temp, still enjoyable but not quite as refreshing. The hot tub was nice to sit around and hangout. Easy access to the beach. Will be looking to stay at property again because it’s our favorite now. Oh and beach chair service was great to have, can bring extra chairs and umbrellas and put behind which we did

My husband and I purchased this condo in July 2003. I have been managing this condo since 2009, and we are very fortunate to have many repeat guests! I have a great cleaning contractor and a great maintenance person. We added stainless appliances and granite counters to the kitchen and repainted the whole condo in designer colors. We just added gorgeous bar lights and chair and shadow boxing molding in the spacious dining area. We now live in Destin! We are both retired! We have one daughter and 3 grandchildren!
