Penthouse Unit- Large Private Beach!

Enjoy breathtaking views of this penthouse condo on the Gulf! The condo is beautifully decorated with coastal influences and has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom houses a king size bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and stand alone shower. The guest room houses a full bed, twin bed, and a full bath. This condo features 10 ft. ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, club chair and recliner. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz counter tops, and a glass backsplash that is as beautiful as the Gulf! The kitchen is equip with all necessities to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining room has a spacious table with seating for six. The breakfast bar has four bar height stools for extra seating. All rooms have flat screen TV's. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Open the sliding glass doors to an expansive balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee soaking up the spectacular views of the Gulf. In the evening sit and listen to the relaxing waves as they wash upon the sugar white sands. Unit 1510 is well appointed with everything you will need to enjoy a vacation of a lifetime!

The Tides condominium has a large pool, kiddie pool, pickleball courts, shuffleboard court and basketball court to access while you here! The resort has 600 feet of private beach access. Beach chair rental service is available March - October.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located in Miramar Beach 10 miles east of Destin. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

This resort does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

The room was the perfect size for myself, my teenage daughter, her friend, and my 5 year old son. Enjoyed cooking breakfast and lunch in the well equiped kitchen. Tons of room on the balcony for amazing views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Had a blast playing pickleball, swimming, basketball, and mini golf.

Lovely weekend getaway

We spent most of our time eating at restaurants or sitting on the patio. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, it’s set up and the grounds. Looking forward to staying again some day.

The Tides is a top notch resort. 2 pools 1 heated 1 cooler. Great condo!

Beautiful, clean condo! The furnishings were new and clean. The kitchen was stocked with appliances. Our favorite part was the large balcony with unbelievable views. The balcony had a large table where we ate all of our meals and played games.

Awesome Condo and beach

We loved our stay! Awesome views from our porch and topnotch accommodations; two pools + kids wading pool; a bar/grill on-site (and the food was awesome), boardwalk to the beach, beach chair rental available on the boardwalk. Our condo furnishings were new and the décor was beautiful. The two bedrooms had plenty of storage, with quality hangers provided. The beds all had memory foam toppers and were very comfortable. The bedding was top-quality as well. There were plenty of luxurious towels and washcloths. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook with but no salt/pepper, sugar or creamer. There is a huge dining table as well as seating at the bar. The living area has a big-screen TV, oversized couch, loveseat, and two chairs. The huge porch also has a big dining table as well as 2 chairs. The porch is slanted with awesome views of the ocean as well as looking west toward Destin. THINGS TO BE AWARE OF - POOLS are open between 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.. Access to the upper pool/wading pool requires a key fob – this condo provided a fob but others might not. There is NOT a hot tub on the property. BEACH ACCESS: Direct access to the private boardwalk or accessibility ramp at Beach Colony’s sidewalk. They are working on this sidewalk and some parts are close, so you will need to walk through the grassy areas to reach the beach ramp. ACCESS/PARKING: Plenty of parking; This is a gated resort and you must display the hanging tag for access. We loved everything about our stay!

Mattresses in guest bedroom were foam toppers. They would not stay on beds. Master bedroom bed is very high. If you are short you are out of luck. The view was good. Enjoyed sitting outside and reading. Property manager was very helpful. I

An amazing condo and area!

We have stayed in Destin/Miramar for many years at multiple places. I have to say that this was the nicest and cleanest property that we have ever stayed. From the exquisite condo to the amazing property itself, we were extremely impressed. The location is SPOT on as well. We will absolutely stay here again. Lastly, dealing with Katherine (property manager) was very simple and easy.

Amazing property

We had an absolute great stay at this condo. Everything was just like the photos and went well above our expectations. They truly thought of everything you may need while staying. The washer and dryer was a godsend with a family of 6 and all the trips we took down to the beach and pool. Take extra necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags but some are provided when you arrive which we knew about beforehand. This complex had daily events for kids which was so fun. I honestly cannot find a single negative thing to say about our stay here. (Completely unrelated to the property but more so the Miramar Beach/Destin area if you have never been- people are insane drivers here. The speed limit is honestly just a suggestion and few people signal. Take extra time to get places as the stop lights are incredibly long.)

Loved this condo!

We have stayed at The Tides for the past 4 years and this was our favorite unit so far! It’s updated and decorated nicely. The full bed and twin bed in the second bedroom is a nice option for extra guests. It felt warm, inviting, and it was quiet. We enjoyed our week at #1510. We have zero complaints about this condo and will rent it again next year!

The property was clean and roomy. We enjoyed a nice view. We were grateful for the pool since the algae was horrible at the beach. The shopping centers were less than a mile away! It was a comfy getaway!
