Welcome to Beachside Towers, a colorful beach getaway in Destin's Sandestin Resort. This beachfront condo is cozy, with incredible views of the glistening gulf from both the living area and breezy balcony. The unit has two bedrooms and two baths. With the ability to accommodate up to six vacationers, Beachside Towers I 4125 is perfect for family vacations, romantic retreats, or a fun getaway with friends.

Upon arrival, visitors are greeted with sunshine and beach vibes. The open great room features half shiplap and sky-blue walls, while vibrant furnishings and décor contribute to the happy atmosphere. Sliding glass doors on one end lead to a brilliant beachfront balcony with outdoor chairs. Guests will enjoy watching the waves while sipping a favorite cocktail with friends. Inside, the living room includes a seating ensemble made up of a queen-size sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and wicker accent chair. In the center, a green chest sits atop a black rug with a colorful flower pattern. The homey setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a wood entertainment center. Tile floors flow into the dining area, where four patterned chairs surround a painted table. A rounded bar with four raised chairs in the kitchen provides additional seating. The kitchen has spacious counters, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances.

The sunlit master suite is the perfect spot to rest after a fun-filled beach day. The room is painted in lime green and boasts a wall of windows that face the glittering gulf. A king-size bed, café table, chairs, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower complete the space. The guest bedroom features two twin beds with tufted headboards and striped bedding. A sunny window brightens the room, and a flatscreen TV offers evening entertainment. The guest bedroom has access to a full hall bath.

Discounted Rates / Construction Notice: The HOA will begin property improvements in October 2025. The pool will be closed in December and January (possibly into February), and beach access will be unavailable throughout January. Walkway and balcony access may be temporarily limited during your stay. Holiday access is guaranteed.

*Based on the daily temperature and the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated November – March.
