Small space but perfect for two of us. Walking distance to Coligny was super convenient. Place was very quiet at night. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Condo is located right on the beach. Short walk to pool and beach. 15 minute walk or short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Hilton restaurant/bar next door is a huge plus.

Thank you for the nice review. This is a very nicely updated unit and in a great location to the beach. We're sorry you thought it was oceanfront. However, all the pictures in the listing depicting the view from the balcony are true to the view. The listing also states: " There is a nicely furnished balcony just off the living room that overlooks the Hilton Grande Ocean Resort. Hope you had a good time and will return again soon. Thanks again.

Great stay in Hilton Head Island

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It has a great location with easy access to the beach and the pool area. Laundry is available on floors 2, 3, & 4 (coins only). Parking was convenient. It was nice that you could go next door to Ocean Oaks for a drink or food at their poolside bar.

Everything was great with our stay! When we first got there the condo had not been cleaned but they took care of it in a short amount of time. The manager even came and spoke to us and apologized. Very enjoyable stay

Excellent location!

Amazing location by everything a vacation needs; bikes, drinks, beach and food! The condo was quiet and we were not able to hear the neighbors. We had 1 issue the whole trip and it was resolved in hours! Highly recommend this location and vacation company!

Very nice.

Very nice condo in a nice location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Only downfall is the pool is very small and gets really crowded. Also, the pool right outside the window is not apart of this property and you do not have access to it. Overall, our experience was great and we would recommend it to others.

The Just Right Week

Our first trip to Hilton Head island. The property is in just the right location. The beach a few steps away, the pool even closer. The property was clean and very well appointed. Only one concern, there are no staples available if you plan on cooking meals. We only prepared breakfast / coffee each day in the condo. It would be appreciated if the owner would allow staple items to remain in fridge for next guests. We have stayed many places who allow this, so helpful. We loved the location and the property- would love to come back!

Bedding was comfortable. First floor is always a plus. Easy access to Pool, Beach and Parking. The Staff at the rental office across the street were more than accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Back up pillow stained and no extra pillow cases.,The couch was not comfortable. As an older building not good sound proofing between floors and woken up repeatedly by the guest above us. Very low shower water pressure. We left a day early.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in a quiet complex with a close walk to the ocean. The neighborhood and island location were incredible! It was surface clean however, a deep clean dusting is needed; the top of the televisions, headboard, lamps and ceiling fan blades were extremely dusty. I have stayed at other VRBO locations where such items as coffee filters, salt/pepper, extra trash bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil were provided; these would be a welcome addition. A few beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels would also be very nice to provide considering the proximity to the ocean.

Clean, updated interior, and a convenient location. It's about a 10-minute walk on the beach to Coligny. Check in was easy. The beautiful beach is a short walk across the property. The kitchen was organized and nicely furnished.

Great first stay in Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on beach and close to restaurants and shops. Unit was small for a family of 4 but clean and nicely decorated. Had 2 beaxh chairs and an umbrella for beach use. Beach was gorgeous. Didn't use the pool but it seemed very nice. The carpeting outside all the units had a damp smell to it. They mention a Starbucks next door at the Hilton bit it is just the ocean grill has Starbucks coffee/tea. It is not a fully functional Starbucks. My husband was very dad when he found that out. Would definitely stay at this building again. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Ocean Dunes Villa 102. It's well stocked and has everything we need for the week. It was nice to see that they added beach chairs and an umbrella to the rental this year. I love that it's convenient to everything as well. The only improvement that I can think of would be to add a ceiling fan to the balcony, it can get quite toasty out there especially in the morning sun. I also like that the management company has added more umbrellas to the pool this year, I think adding another 4 umbrellas to the pool area would help quite a bit for having more shade. We had a great week!
