The location right on the beach was super convenient, and since it’s pretty far from the public beach, it was less crowded and really peaceful. The unit itself was clean but the odor of the cleaning supply was super strong. The unit has everything you need. The bedroom also had tons of cozy cotton throws and blankets, which was such a nice touch. But the absolute best part are the views! You get fantastic ocean views from literally everywhere—the balcony, the living room, and even while cooking in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

The property provided exactly what my husband and I needed for a short getaway. The bed needs immediate replacement as it is clearly old and soft. The bathroom could use an update but functioned well. We would return/ recommend to others if the master bed was replaced.

We loved our time at this oceanfront condo. The view from the 3rd‑floor balcony was absolutely beautiful — we even spotted dolphins swimming by which made our mornings extra special. It was the perfect size and setup for my husband and me. The bedroom had plenty of closet space and drawer storage. The condo was clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated the heated pool, especially since the weather was a bit chilly during our stay. And the location couldn’t have been better — a short, easy path led us straight to the beach in just a few steps.

Quaint, clean and great location

Had a great time! Space fit our needs and we would go back! Definitely better suited for children in the 7-15 year old range as the built in bunks are for smaller people!

Very Homey Feel

My husband even admitted it was a great choice and well maintained property and he prefers resorts! It is an older property but well maintained. Our unit was well furnished with all that we needed. Bathroom was only space that showed age really. We never adjusted the a/c and was comfortable all weekend! Saved us alot of $$ on Labor Day weekend plus we were beachfront in a great location and oh the sunrise!!

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen supplies were frugal and not the best. I couldn’t make a good cup of coffee with the pot. A bowl came out of the cupboard with dried food on it. I would not use the cookie sheet. They all looked like they were boat a garage sale. No screen on sliding door! Couldn’t enjoy any fresh air!

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You couldn’t ask for a better location than this condo. Paul was nice and well maintained. The elevator was nice, but we often just use the steps for the exercise. The condo was nice in that it could sleep up to five people. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was fine. The balcony was nice. It may be could’ve used a little bit more updated furniture and a little bit more comfortable, but we used it a lot. The bathroom was fine. It could’ve used a little bit of cosmetic maintenance. The bedroom was great. It had ample stories for two people. I’m not crazy about the air conditioning unit they were really loud and we ended up just running the one in the living room at night because of the noise but the temperature was fine. We were right across from the laundry room on third floor, which was very convenient and I didn’t notice any noise from that all in all a very good place to stay.
