Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1, is exceptionally clean and spacious and recently remodeled. We have separate living and dining areas, and a well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great cooking utensils.

KING BEDS in both bedrooms! Walk in shower in master. Plus a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and a trundle in the 2nd bedroom.

Private deck with great ridgeline views. Seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo, the dam and great sunsets.

Roku smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms for streaming and cable

1 Gig wifi speed!!

FYI we also own unit #2 directly next door, which was also recently remodeled and is nearly identical to this unit. If you ever need two side-by-side places for a larger group, let us know.

GOLF SPECIAL: Show the clubhouse a booking confirmation for our condo and as for the "Stay and Play" special to receive $60/person for 18 holes plus cart (regular $110). Try the Pointe Grill after your round for great food and friendly service!

Clean and has all the amenities for a small familywe needed while being close to Branson. It was quiet and there were no other visitors around the condo when we stayed.

Beautiful well-maintained condo with many extras. Felt like home and will definitely stay again when we return. The host checked with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

This property is very clean and stocked with everything you need! It is the perfect size for us and our two children. Its location is also great! Most activities, restaurants, and shopping centers only require a few minutes drive.

Enjoyed our second visit to Branson. Both times we have stayed at Point Royal Golf Resort. Very close to the pool and spa. The rental is away from the busy area but close enough to get to anything in minutes. We enjoyed many shows while we were there. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a nice relaxing girls trip. Property was clean and appears as listed in photos. The AC works excellent, both showers with great water pressure and plenty of warm water, beds were very comfortable. Great communication with owner. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend this condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t spend a ton of time in the unit as we spent most of our time in Branson or at a concert so mostly spent our time there for sleep! But it was clean, cozy, and the neighborhood was nice. It was in a really convenient spot for all activities we had planned and the host answered us immediately if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!

This property was above and beyond our expectations. My kids both requested that they want to stay here again and that the place felt like home. Everything was as described and more. The owners were very helpful on answering any questions and even checked on us through out our stay to make sure everything was good.

My family’s stay at Steves property in Branson was worth every penny. We had everything we needed plus some. It was very clean and was in a great location! Check in was easy and he made sure everything was good when we got to his property. Will definitely be staying again.

Great stay, close to the strip yet peaceful

My husband, 2.5yo, and I had the absolute best time here. Steve was fast to respond with questions we had before the trip, and the condo was extremely clean & well suited for a child.If you’re looking for a place close to everything, yet where you also can sit on the patio and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place for you!

Perfect property for a family

We enjoyed our stay at Branson. This was a quiet place, tucked away from the busyness of Branson yet close. We enjoyed dedicated community. We felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the games that were available. It was a perfect spring break trip for our family.

Family fun!

There were lots of things the whole family could enjoy, like the pool, tennis courts, basketball, games, and huge box of toys which was my toddler’s favorite find. She wanted to take all the baby dolls back home with us. Clean place, and we never had to go buy things to cook with as the kitchen is well stocked!

Nice, Quiet Condo with a Pretty View

The condo was very nice, tastefully decorated and nicely equipped. The kitchen had excellent quality SS appliances and anything you might ever need for cooking, including a wafflemaker and a decent selection of spices, etc. For the coffee drinkers, it has a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee rather than Keurig, for those who care). The unit came with a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. They even provided for folks bringing small children by having a Pack ‘n Play, a high chair, and a changing table in the closet and plastic dishes and sippy cups in the kitchen. The golf course clubhouse was only a five-minute walk away and had two very nice pools – both outdoor and indoor. We only had one disappointment. While the unit had three large Roku TVs with both cable and internet, none of them worked. Two wouldn’t even turn on and the third would not connect to anything once it was turned on. In talking to the repairman, apparently they had a lightning storm a week or so before (and since the last visitors had stayed in the unit) and it apparently fried the TVs and the cable boxes. This was a surprise to the owners as well as to us and there really wasn’t a way to get everything replaced while we were there. The owner did compensate us for the problem. I also noticed that the fireplace didn’t work and wonder if this wasn’t also due to the lightning strike. This didn't matter to us in August but might when it gets colder.

We love the Ozarks area of Missouri and especially the natural outdoor beauty. We like to hike, bike, swim, water ski, kayak, canoe, go for long walks and anything else to enjoy being outside.

Our side-by-side properties (Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1 and #2) are both a perfect combination of access to all the fun activities of Branson, the amenities of Point Royale, and the very close proximity to hiking and water sports of the surrounding lakes and parks. Both properties and decks have great sunset views! Both units were recently remodeled. If you enjoy active outdoor activities, Point Royale is a great place to be!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What we love the most about our condos is hanging out on the very private decks. The sunset views are awesome and we love the peace and quiet of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the deck. It is a great spot to start and end every day of fun at Pointe Royale or in Branson!
