«Pirate Villas» est une villa privée de 3 étages au bord de l'eau sur North Ambergris Caye. Idéalement situé à seulement un mile au nord du centre-ville de San Pedro dans l'un des quartiers les plus exclusifs du Belize, Tres Cocos Area.

L'unité inférieure comprend un lit king-size, fabriqué à la main par un artisan local en bois de guerrier bélizien exotique, un salon avec un nouvel ensemble de canapé confortable, une cuisine complÚte, avec des portes françaises s'ouvrant sur sa propre piscine privée avec une terrasse en bois dur bélizienne personnalisée, Télévision cùblée à écran plat de 40 ", laveuse / sécheuse et salle de bain sur mesure.

Récemment rénové en 2016 avec des carreaux d'argile mexicains exotiques à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec une finition en mosaïque chaleureuse dans toute la villa. WIFI portable pour une utilisation sur la propriété inclus uniquement pour votre commodité.

Plunge Pool: Rafraßchissez-vous avec un cocktail d'ßle tropicale dans votre piscine privée de 5 pieds de profondeur avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil juste à cÎté du pont du rez-de-chaussée.

Notre unité inférieure est parfaite pour un couple. La deuxiÚme unité est réservée aux propriétaires. Les propriétaires sont rarement à la maison, vous avez donc une intimité.

Pirate's Treasure Restaurant & Bar: SituĂ© Ă  l'entrĂ©e de la propriĂ©tĂ© au bord de la route, Ă  400 pieds (de la villa), offre la meilleure cuisine des CaraĂŻbes spĂ©cialisĂ©e dans les recettes de poisson-lion, ouvert Ă  16h et la cuisine ferme Ă  23h. Un endroit amusant oĂč les touristes et les habitants se rĂ©unissent pour passer un bon moment.

We had a wonderful time at the house . It was so quiet there was no road noise from the main road . We loved the pool & watching & feeding the iguanas .Maresha was a fantastic host & a world of information of where to go on the island ! Pirates Restaurant at Secret Beach was awesome food ! We had such an enjoyable time in San Pedro. Maresha and Jason were genuine kind and laid back hosts. The views were stunning. It was really nice after all day on the beach or in town (where so much is going on) to come back to peace and serenity. Five out of five would not stay anywhere else when we return. Come back and watch the beautiful sunset from the pool.

Great stay at Pirates!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location - just a bit north from the bridge and sitting back from the road away from the noise and hustle off downtown - a real sanctuary !!!The plunge pool is amazing to jump in when you get home -we loved pirate house and visiting the Pirates bar and restaurant on secret beach !!!I am so gratefull we found you !!

Nice place with good location. Excellent management. No sign of crocodiles - we were hoping to see one. Plunge pool isn't heated so, a little too cool to use in January. Excellent SCUBA in Ambergris Caye.

The view on the verandah was lovely. The pool was clean, cool, and enjoyable. I loved the amount of wood accents in the home. The staff were extraordinary nice. We would rent again.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay -- very quiet, just a 10 minute drive to town and 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. Was booked with the thought the restaurant out front was still open but sadly that was not the case. Great communication with property manager. Even checked on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything.

January in Belize

We were very comfortable. If you're looking for affordability and basic needs met, this is a good choice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have long hair so a strong shower is important to me and the water pressure was excellent. Pool was ice cold in Jan but it was nice to look out onto it and the lagoon from the kitchen window. The owners mom works there and is the nicest lady ever. Many precious kudos to her.

Perfect spot

The villa is spacious and very well appointed. Super comfortable couches for lounging, and the bed is comfortable. Only a few blocks from town, but quiet and tranquil. The plunge pool is refreshing and sunset views are stunning. The owners were super responsive as was the caretaker. Highly recommend Pirate Villa.

Great location, private, easy access to San Pedro without the hustle and bustle of downtown/in town. The only complaint is that it is on its own well water, and the shower/stool/sink water smells of Sulfur. Other than that, it was a great location, we really enjoyed our week’s stay.

The location from town was perfect, and the setting was quiet and private. The host was very nice, met with them when we checked in and then they stayed away. Had a problem with the TV and it was fixed right away. We will definitely be staying there again. When you go to San Pedro use Helen's golf carts.

Perfect location, great hosts

We loved Pirate Villas. Check in with Janet was a breeze. She was friendly and helpful. On day 2 we met the owners, Maresha and Jason. They were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and even invited us upstairs for Christmas dinner. It was so fun and Maresha is an amazing cook! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Excellent location and value

Check-in was a breeze with keys hanging in the door. Janet, Sylvia, Brandon and all the remaining Pirates staff are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the Island. Pirates Villa is conveniently located close to San Pedro Town night life and restaurants but outside the "loud zone". Definitely recommend Jason and Marisha's place to solo and couples as well. I will stay here again.

Since the property is on the lagoon side of the island, it is nicely secluded from the busier beach side of the island. The property is located not too far north of the bridge, which allows it to be away from the busy town, but a quick golf cart drive to the town. With this, you will want to get a cart for travel.

Beautiful location

Great location on the lagoon north of the bridge. We spent quality tim we in the very private plunge pool and deck. Absolutely beautiful sunsets. We didn’t even need the air conditioning due to the constant breeze. Bed was firm and comfortable. Villa had everything we needed. Brandon even came by with coconuts for us.

Tres Cocos is Unbelizeable. It is one of the most exclusive areas on Ambergris Caye. It is a short walk to San Pedro Town as well as many restaurant, bars and markets. Belize is the only English speaking Country in Central America, which make it great when communicating with the locals. The 2nd largest barrier reef in the world is located 1/2 mile off the coast of Ambergris Caye. The people on the island are very friendly and helpful. Belize has lots of activities and adventures to experience.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The villa is nestled in the perfect location on the island, away from the bustling town yet close enough to most entertainment in the well sought after Tres Cocos Area. A 10 mins golf cart ride to the center of town. Our rental space is waterfront, lagoon side, perfect for Sunset Views and enjoying nature whilst birdwatching, colorful large resident iguanas playing and feeding. Owner/Manager lives on property but it's still a very private rental experience as they are usually occupied. Enjoy, leisure fishing for mangrove snappers etc right off the property... it's also a known area for professional fly fishing. Aside from the usual maintenance staff, you get to enjoy the lagoon area to yourself. Amazing restaurants, bars such as Crocs Sports Bar, Pur Restaurant, The Doghouse, Rumdog, 303 Belize etc.. and grocery stores are within walking distance but renting a golf cart is highly recommended for general island exploring and errands. Nearest Dive Shop is a block away but most companies can pick you up from the dock located directly across the street on the oceans side, a 600ft walking distancing. We hope to come enjoy your vacation with us.
