This condo had amazing views and was the perfect location. It was clean and tidy and the hosts were so wonderful with arranging all the transportation needs and even some excursions. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts, especially for first time visitors. Perfect 10 out of 10!!

First trip to Belize.

This property was perfect . It has great amenities if you like to make a few meals on vacation. The location is great as well. Brittany and Mike were very attentive to anything you need.i would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

5 stars all around from booking the place & Tropic Air tickets & golf cart for us. The place was exactly like the listing, super clean and great location. Brittany & Mike were awesome property managers. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely stay in Ambergris Caye

We fell in love with the Caye and people, so incredibly friendly. Best snorkeling and places to explore. Tres Cocos is the perfect location and Brittany and Mike are the best hosts we’ve ever had!

Super Nice Place and Location

The location which is just north of the bridge was peaceful and quiet yet only minutes away on foot from food to snorkeling tours. The Condo was super clean and the hosts were very accommodating .

Beyond Expectations

We had the most amazing stay! Our group was talking about coming back before we even left! Mike and Brittany made our stay the most enjoyable. They made our stay so easy, where all we needed to do was vacation! Super quick to respond to any request we had and did it with a smile. The location and accommodations were perfect and exceeded our expectations. We will be back and have already recommended The Landings to our friends!

Great Stay

Great place to stay.Great location. Property Mgt was amazing. Kitchen was just what’s needed on vacation.Plan to live out of your suitcase. Not any dressers or storage in the bedrooms. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We would stay here again.

Great stay at The Landing

I prefer to stay north of the Bridge, ...quiet yet close enough to town for meals etc. More and more restaurants in this ‘hood as well. Very accommodating hosts and clean, comfy condo. Will stay here again.

Perfect family place

Our family of two adults, teen and preteen LOVED this property! It was perfectly located if you have a golf cart to go anywhere you'd like on the island. Britany and Mike made staying at this property priceless with their recommendations, assistance with booking excursions, booking flights and overall friendliness. I'd recommend to anyone going to San Pedro area and plan to return!

Amazing property & location!

My husband and I stayed at The Landings in San Pedro in a two bedroom condo. The beach was nice and private, not crowded, could always find a beach chair. Easy access right over the bridge to San Pedro and lots of options for food & drink. The property managers were amazing! Taking such good care of our excursion requests and restocking water and other essentials. Great place to stay!

Apt was exactly as it appears in the photos - the master bedroom is huge! Kimberleigh and Chad were very responsive and helpful. The location just out of town is the best of both worlds - quieter, with easy access to both San Pedro and the restaurants to the north.

A delightful stay!

When I booked Kimberly and Chads place because of all the great reviews I did t realize they basically provide concierge service! They booked all our excursions, helped with arrival and departure and renting the golf cart. The location is perfect. Just out of the city but close enough to everything you want. Our condo was stunning! Can’t wait to come back!

I'm not talking about the people of San Jose, although they are nice too, I'm talking about Brittany and Michael our hosts. Absolutely lovely, could not be more helpful and informative. Our host met us at the airport, walked us through everything, got us settled in, more then what we could’ve asked for… they were literally one ring away, answered the phone and texted back immediately. Gave us all the recommendations! We loved where the property was located, good distance to be close to town but also far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. This place was close to all the cool places and only 25 min away from Secret Beach!!! Definitely will be staying here again

Exceptional!

My wife and I are so happy with this property. The owners were very helpful. They helped with the booking of our flight and golf cart rental. They provided great recommendations for places to eat. We were always able to get in touch with them as needed. The location felt very safe. The actual condo was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The air conditioning worked great when we needed it. We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at this condo.

Best spot in San Pedro!

Brittany and Mike were awesome hosts! They took care of assisting us with all the details of our vacation and made check out/payment super easy. Contact was quick and informative. Lots of fantastic suggestions on dining, excursions and shopping. It was concierge service at its friendliest! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Super clean, good supply of amenities. GREAT location. just over the bridge from "downtown" yet a little bit quieter. We LOVED the swimming hole pool! And all the iguanas. Definitely recommend the beach massage through Just Relax with Shirlene. FANTASTIC! Will definitely stay here again.
