This cozy 3 bedroom cottage features a living room on the main floor and additional entertainment space in the basement, both with pull out sofas for extra sleeping space. Two bedrooms on the second floor with Queen size bed in master and twin bunk bed with additional pull out trundle. Third bedroom in basement with Queen size bed. Enjoy outdoor living space on the deck with comfortable outdoor sectional and the fully fenced in backyard. This home has Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, and outdoor shower.

The best part — Location! Just a few minutes walk to relaxing Keyes Memorial Beach and steps from downtown Hyannis. Enjoy the shops and amazing restaurants after a relaxing day at the beach without ever getting sand in your car! Located just a short drive or walk to the ferry for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard, or plan a deep sea fishing trip on the charter boats.

We have stayed here before and happily came back for a second stay. The location is great; convenient to both Main Street and the beach! The house is comfortable and well-kept. There is a washer/dryer and the kitchen comes with all the plates and pots/pans you could need but you do have to bring everything else (bedding, towels, soap/shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.). If you are looking for a cozy base camp for all of your Cape Cod adventures, this is a great place to stay!

Overall, the place was cute and an easy location to get to Hyannis Main Street. Cleanliness could have been better, as I needed to clean upon arriving. Communication was great with the hosts and easy to check in and out. Might be better to include no linens and towels are there in the listing rather than communicating it the day before check in day.

House was larger than it seemed, short walk to downtown Hyannis and Keyes Memorial beach. Great vacation.

Family break

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious and lovely decorated. We enjoyed a barbecue most evenings and loved the location with easy walking to Hyannis Main Street. We could also easily walk to the ferries for Nantucket and MV. Beaches close by especially as we decided to have rental bikes (approx 4 minutes to cycle to Kalmus beach). Highly recommend this property!

Charming house in a great location

This house is clean and comfortable, and in a great location--easy to explore Main St. and go to the beach! The hosts were super responsive: we forgot to pack linens and within minutes of us reaching out, the host pointed us to a nearby store where we could pick up what we needed. Clear instructions for checking in and checking out.

Cozy little house in a quiet environment! What we enjoyed most were: close to the beach (Kalmus), not far from shopping (ex: food store, etc.), nice living room, big rooms and mezzanine, nice terrace, BBQ with spare tank (!), facilities: dish washer (although small), washing & drying machines, outside shower (was so great). Overall, we spent a very nice week, esp. with nice weather. Highly recommended!

Great House

My family really loved this house, we brought back home great memories. The house is clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. It was great to stroll to the beach and the town center, and enjoy various activities in the area. Every question we had for the owners was answered fast. In short, great experience!

Terrific Cottage with Great Location

My wife and daughter enjoyed our week long stay in Hyannis. This cottage is conveniently located to both downtown Hyannis and the nearby beaches, but also on a quiet street. The house has all modern conveniences and is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive, and kind. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Hyannis. The back yard is spacious, the porch was nice to eat dinner, and the grill was relatively new and worked well. The house is equipped with several smart TVs. The AC worked well during the heat of the summer. The kitchen worked well, as we cooked several meals at home. But if we wanted to head out to dinner, downtown is walking distance (but there is also plenty of parking). Overall, a 5 star experience, and we'd love to stay there again.
