This was a perfect stay for my husband and I! Very clean condo, and the building/facility itself is great as well. Super close to Walmart and DG. The view is gorgeous and we loved being able to open up the entire living room to the beach front and listen to the waves from the master. Plenty of room for a family to stay in as well. Host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Really enjoyed this property, location is wonderful, right on the beach. The decor is a little outdated but the unit was very bright and spacious.

Stayed in this until with family & really enjoyed our stay. Check in process was easy. The unit is very spacious , with lots of room for everyone. I would recommend this stay

Lovely Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size of the roomy and a huge balcony. There was only 2 wash cloths in the entire condo, and we had 5 adults. No hangers in master closet and no dresser to put clothes in. No potholders in the kitchen to use when cooking. It's small things, but inconvenient when you need them. The 2 main elevators were out for half of our stay. We would definitely stay in the condo again..very clean and very roomy.

The property is a great size! Paula was easy to work with. The view is absolutely amazing! My only complaint is that for the price vrbo charges and the cleaning fees, this property needs a good deep clean. The vents in the bathroom were black and the floors, though swept, did not appear to have been mopped well. Under most furniture, there were crumbs and even a bottle top, appearing that the unit is more spot cleaned between rentals.

Best stay at PCB in past 15 years!

Excellent. 10/10 recommend this condo. Owner is awesome and so easy to communicate with, I was able to check in earlier than expected and the condo was clean spacious and perfect for me and my kids. Access to beach and pool so simple and the location is perfect. Best stay in PCB as an adult with children.

Great last minute booking

Had to book at the last minute because our Vacasa rental canceled at the last minute even though they had ample time to cancel. Place worked well. Deck is amazing Host was great

Spring break 2024

Condo is spacy. We hosted Easter dinner with friends (2 other families) who stayed in the same resort and had plenty of room. Paula was great to work with. We will be staying there again.

The view alone is worth booking!

Paula was great to work with, and got me into the unit a few hours before the stated check in time. The unit features floor to ceiling windows as soon as you walk in to the breathtaking view. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Absolutely wonderful

Everything was exactly as described. We couldn’t have stayed at a more accommodating and Comfortable place! The condo was spacious and exceptionally clean and fresh. This was our first time staying at PCB, spent two weeks and the area had so much to do. We enjoyed our time and Paula was the best! We will be back! 😀❤️ Thank you Paula

It has a spectacular view of the ocean, but I do not like the rest, the Parquin bother a lot, leaving papers saying that they do not have a pass, they do not have good cooking supplements, they are very good, they need new cleaning, orrible, it is very spacious, the condo, but they need to renew everything, it is dirty and old.

Panama City Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was great. It was just steps to the soft, white sandy beach. Chairs and umbrellas were available to rent either daily or weekly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to reach Paula with any questions. Just letting you know though that if you have children, there are no beach toys. Also, no cooler for the beach. I like complete darkness to sleep and there are only room darkening curtains on one of the windows in the master, however, waking up early and walking the beach became a favorite!

The condo was very spacious for our family of five. Overall it was a good (not great) place to stay, but we will probably not book here again. This condo could most definitely benefit from a deep cleaning! Crumbs under the couch cushions, stained ottoman, random debris under furniture throughout the unit. The kitchen cabinets/drawers had crumbs inside them. Everything seemed to work properly and the beds were comfortable. As far as the facility, the elevators were very slow and the trash dump smelled terrible. The pool was great and the staff all seemed very polite.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Panama City Beach and would happily book it again. One of the things we appreciated most was the location — it sits on a quieter side of town, away from the busiest crowds, which made the whole trip feel relaxing rather than hectic. It’s the kind of spot where you can actually unwind.The unit itself was beautiful. The large windows let in tons of natural light and framed gorgeous views that we never got tired of. We spent a lot of time just taking it all in. The balcony quickly became our favorite place to be, whether we were having coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. Sitting out there with that view was honestly the highlight of our days.A special shout-out to Paula, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay — she is simply the best. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free, and it truly made a difference.The space was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and it had everything we needed to feel at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, a great place to relax, and a fantastic host, we highly recommend this condo. We can’t wait to come back!A TRUE GEM!

Watercrest Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would rent from this company again, but we did have some issues. We had originally rented another condo but due to the painting of the balcony during our stay we were given the option to move to another condo by the rental company, which we did. When we arrived at the second condo, pressure washing was occurring around us and very loud. The next morning the building crew were on our balcony hammering and cleaning and again very loud; not what we agreed to with our rental. Upon notification to the rental company, Paula from the rental company was able to locate the Watercrest condo for us. We loved the view and location. We were disappointed that we had this kind of issue in our rental initially, but in the end, we were happy with our stay. There were minor issues with the unit, but this is an older building and attempts to keep it updated were made. I would recommend the rental company having better communication with the building maintenance to avoid a similar situation to occur again or notification to us that this was happening, and we would be given the option to cancel on our end if we choose too instead of losing a day of our stay with moving around to different locations.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband, myself and our oldest daughter felt so relaxed everyday. The unit had a dining table large enough to work on a 1,000 pc puzzle and still have room for dining. We enjoyed watching the sun go down in the evenings on the balcony and a little rain one evening. The beds were very comfy as well. Felt very secure with the onsite security. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend staying here to our friends and family. Only bad thing about it was we had to leave!!
