The space
The spacious layout of our home includes four comfortable bedrooms, two of which feature ensuite bathrooms—perfect for added privacy during group stays. Inside, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, a cozy living room, and a private screened-in patio with a pool, ideal for morning coffee or winding down after a day of adventure.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and there’s a dedicated office space for those working remotely. Whether you’re planning theme park adventures, outlet shopping sprees, or a relaxing escape, our villa is your perfect home base in Central Florida.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home throughout your stay.

Travel and local conveniences
The property is approximately a 15- 20 minute drive to Disney World and 35 minutes to Universal theme parks.
The premium outlets are also 15 - 20 minutes away.
There is an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores and other local conveniences just minutes away
Orlando International Airport takes just 35 minutes.

Other things to note
Gas BBQ grill is available for use on a pay it forward basis. Refills are available at Home Depot and Wawa (1 mile away)
Pool heat; The Heated pool option is $20 daily
Free parking included on the driveway for two cars, additional parking is available on the road.
Security cameras; there are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, management, owners, and property. They are in public view and are pointed at public areas only as we value guests' privacy. No cameras are inside this home or in the swimming/lounging areas.
Self catering home: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of essentials needed for your stay. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if required.
