Sophari Towers F is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse on the 25th floor in downtown Bellevue: the top-floor unit in the building, with panoramic city and Mt. Rainier views. Sophari Towers is our flagship line for longer stays. The master suite has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen. The 1,260-square-foot penthouse includes a full gourmet kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a living space that feels like a proper home. Standout in-unit features include air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi throughout.



Sleeping Arrangements:

One king bed in the master suite and one queen bed in the second bedroom, with 4 guests as maximum occupancy.

Elevator access, gym, a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, and EV charging in the garage.

Sophari Towers F sits less than a quarter mile from Bellevue Square's shopping and dining and about 0.6 miles from the waterfront at Meydenbauer Bay Park. Several major tech employers are within easy reach. This unit suits senior executives on extended assignment, couples on relocation, and teams of two sharing a high-floor apartment.



Transportation:

The Bellevue Downtown Link light rail station is about 0.35 miles away, an easy walk, offering direct rail service into downtown Seattle. Bellevue Square and the surrounding downtown core are similarly walkable at about 0.33 miles.

Check-In:

Sophari Towers F offers self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff. Guests must complete the Guest Verification Form provided at booking, after which access instructions are sent a few days before arrival. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.
