Nice property but not great for every large family group.

This property is very well maintained and clean. For our large family group (grandparents and adult kids with spouses and small children) there were positives and some negatives. Our adult children and spouses liked that they had private space and quiet spaces when needed for little ones and the close by Starbucks. But, there was no place that easily accommodated the whole group. We had to shift chairs and cooking items among units so that they would be (barely) sufficient for group dinner. There is no yard or green space for children outdoors. This is a great place for the right group but not for everyone.

We bought these homes because we loved the location and the design & quality of these townhomes. They are perfectly laid out for short term stays due to the two master suites upstairs and the cozy entertaining space downstairs.

What makes this property unique

These homes are unique because they have two master suites each with master baths upstairs and a first floor that is perfect for social time including a half guest bath. They are also located right in the center of the treasure valley making it a breeze to get pretty much anywhere.
