everything was falling apart, some of the beds was leaning, and the property owner kept calling using a fake excuse just so he could charge my card.

Cold, Dirty, Broken Rental

The rental was very cold - the furnace couldn't keep it above mid 60s. The kitchen and back bedroom were in the 50s. The unit was not clean. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill and in an upstairs bedroom. We had to wipe down the kitchen counters - they were black with dirt. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard. There was no dish soap or dish towels provided. Kitchen is not stocked with silverware or any working coffee pot. The bathroom had dirty washcloths in it and no curtain on the bathroom window. So you were flashing the neighbors going to the bathroom. Yikes. The twin beds were broken. Two chairs in the dining room were broken. The coffee table was broken. There were no legs on the couch. Handrails on the stairs are coming out of the wall. Do not recommend this rental. We left one night early.
