Condo unit 309 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit! Plus, this unit is a corner unit, which features extra windows that provide lots of natural light throughout the entire unit.

Nice place for a quick getaway

We stayed here with our friends from Australia to show them lighthouses and do some wine tasting. This condo was a perfect location for all of that. We made breakfast there every morning and then headed out for our adventures for the day.

Unit was very clean. Furniture was comfortable decor was nice. Master bedroom upstairs with its own small porch overlooking bay.We had a busy agenda and didn’t spend much time inside, but certainly would have if time allowed. Would stay here again.
