Condo unit 102 is a first-floor condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This renovated, modern condo with paint colors and wood accents that create a vibrant waterfront atmosphere puts a smile on your face as soon as you enter. The open kitchen with beautiful countertops and all the appliances, serve ware, and cookware you need for your getaway. It's a wonderful condo for your beachfront stay!

Beautiful View, Quiet Stay, Perfect Location!

We had an amazing stay here! THe location being so close to everything in the area made driving a breeze, the view was unparalleled and the connected beach made for ease in relaxing between activities, and it was amazing to have a kitchen to cook in each morning and prepare a packed lunch in to save on food costs throughout the trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Best family vacation rental!

We loved this condo and would definitely visit again. This rental had everything we could possibly need, including basic necessities and even things you would expect. It was very spacious and well exceeded our ecxpectations. The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. The beach was subpar when the tide was out, and was great when the tide came in, but that’s nothing the rental property can control. The pool and property grounds were very clean. The price was comparable to any hotel in the area and had much more to offer. Again, we will defiantly be returning, as this place made our vacation.

Girls Weekend

We came to TC to celebrate my friends 50th birthdays. We had 5 ladies stay here and the condo was cute, clean, and right on the water. It was in a good location. Short drive to downtown restaurants and shops. It was a perfect place for us!

Beautiful walkout

This place was great for a quick getaway. The kitchen was great to have to have meals at the place. The bathroom shower was updated. The staff was very friendly and made it easy to check in and out (we were even able to have a late checkout). We are all ready looking for the next date that we can stay here.

Awesome condo!

Wasy to get in and out of parking lot. Had a cool private beach. Beds were nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. And watching the sunset over the bay on the back porch was amazing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come up north for vacation.

Family vacation

Great condo we ended up having a leak problem from unit above, but Jamie was amazing and took care of us right away. This was no one's fault what happened. We love coming here and will be back.

Beach area was nice and well kept. Had an issue with the tv service upon arrival, but manager quickly resolved the problem for us. He even took the time to dig out an old coffee pot we could use .. didn't care for the coffee prepared in the Keurig coffee maker. Overall, excellent attention to detail and very courteous staff. Hope to return again next fall.
