About this property
Bucks Pocket Little Secret, 1 minute from hiking, 2 minute from a wonderful overlook.
Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. 1 minute from hiking and 20-25 minutes way from Guntersville. This gem is privately and intentionally nestled into the woods of Buck’s Pocket and is a short walk from the house to the first trail (Indian House Trail). This tiny home is the perfect size for a couple to escape the hectic work life or large enough for a family of 4 to hit the dirt and enjoy the off-road riding park. Bucks Pocket has everything if you like to hike, fish, kayak, or explore the off-road riding trails. This tiny home is 320 sq ft. One bedroom on the main floor offers a queen size bed, pillow top mattress encased in the hypoallergenic mattress cover, with bamboo or microfiber sheets. We offer two soft and two firm pillows for each bed. All pillows are also covered in hypoallergenic covers. The loft area offers a full-size bed pillow top mattress encased in the hypoallergenic mattress cover with cotton sheets. You will have access to the entire home and property. The Tiny House is in the woods so if you get mud on your shoes, please slip them off at the door before entering. Webelieve strongly in personal space, so we will not be around in person. We can have staff there as soon as possible if an emergency arises. Expect the occasional visit from nature, because we were in a wooded area. You may see deer, insects, or the neighbors puppy dog. Please do not ride off-road vehicles in our woods. Bucks Pocket Park is 1 min down the road, turn right out of the driveway.

Very private, beautifully decorated. Comfy bed, terrific shower. Watched deer in the A.M. from the front porch. Owners went above and beyond for us. Stayed 1 week and fished 5 out of 7 days.
The tiny house was awesome! Just as adorable as the pictures in the VRBO listing. It is small but very efficient. Clean, and well stocked. We had a minor issue with the water heater, but the owners responded immediately. Internet access was awesome. Location is practically at the gate to Bucks Pocket State Park, and close to High Falls Park, so lots of beautiful scenery to take in. All my family and friends will hear about this awesome place!!!

Hello there, we are your host Chris and Angie Burns. Chris and I met while pursuing our passion for the great outdoors. We love hiking, spelunking, camping, fishing, cooking, and chasing waterfalls. Ironically Chris and I were members of the same FB group Outdoor Alabama and never crossed paths until God's perfect timing. We love the outdoors and want to share it with like-minded people like you. So we decided to open up this beautiful piece of heaven and let y’all enjoy as much as we do. Please enjoy your stay here at the tiny home nestled in Buck's secret Pocket.
