Jus 'Restin # 265 est un chalet de montagne de deux étages reposant et entièrement meublé, situé dans le centre-ville de Village, à une courte distance de marche des bars, des restaurants, des boutiques et des divertissements. Le salon de niveau d’entrée est très relaxant et confortable. Il comprend un beau mobilier, une cheminée à gaz, un téléviseur / lecteur DVD avec câble rallongé, ainsi qu’un espace supplémentaire pour chambre familiale avec télévision supplémentaire et canapé confortable. Il y a une cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, des appareils de base, une batterie de cuisine, un bar pour le petit-déjeuner et une petite table pour s'asseoir. La suite parentale massive est le 2e niveau entier de cette maison géniale, et dispose d'une salle de bain complète avec bain à remous et d'une douche séparée pour votre plaisir, tandis que le coin couchage supplémentaire est au niveau d'entrée inférieur. Perfect for a family with kids.

I really enjoy the cabin, it had more than expected. It was very cozy, we felt like we were home. Everything work very well, the village and the lake were walking distance.

Comfy And Good Location

The place is very well located. I’d recommend staying here if you don’t mind not having a luxury place to stay in. Besides not having luxury amenities it’s a great place.

Great location...

House was in a great location, unfortunately, the house was in serious need of TLC. For the cost of the rental, we would have guessed it would be in better condition. I may be a little picky,.but as a general contractor, details matter. The underwear left by previous renters didn't help.

Location, Location!!

Cozy, clean and spacious older but very nice cabin right in the heart of the Village. Would definitely rent again!

Quiet and quaint. Very roomy

We went up with a small group of friends to relax and it was in the perfect location. Right next to the village and walking distance to the docks and water activities. Great place to stay with a group! Private lot for parking and plenty of space inside. The only issue we had was it got alittle hot inside, but just open up some windows! We were very glad to book this home and would definitely recommend.

Not the best Cabin to stay

The Cabin was located in the village which was really nice and had a great big backyard for the kids to play, but the house was filled with ants and was not very clean. The upstairs plumbing was clogged and water would sit in the sink. The cabin really needs an upgrade.

Thank you for sharing your voice. The lake levels have gone up rapidly after the wonderful wet winter we have had. It has become apparent that the small inhabitants of the shores are looking for new homes (ants and such). We are working very hard in conjunction with our Owners to counter measure this. We appreciate the feedback and have shared it with the Team. You are important! We hope you do come for another visit soon. Big Bear Vacations offers over 350 wonderful Vacation Homes to choose from.

Great location!

Showers were very slow to drain and water pressure was a little weak, but wouldn't keep us from renting again. Stairs to upper bedroom are entirely too steep, too narrow front to back and handrail is insufficient. Husband slipped on top step and tumbled down all 14 steps to bottom--extremely fortunate he was not badly hurt, but definitely need to warn people about it and put another handrail on right side going up.

Location, Location, You get what you paid for...

The location is awesome. The cabin is tucked away in the heart of the Village. You can walk to Coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its only a 5 minute drive to the Ski Slopes. The Cabin has everything it needs, but the Cabin is Old. For the price, it delivered what was advertised. However, it needs a modern touch of technology. No wifi, old TVs and small equipment. Like visiting your grandparents house.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
