Our team worked hard to make your experience enjoyable, personally visiting when you requested assistance, having housekeeping return, and dropping off an ice maker and extra items for your convenience. We also offered to schedule maintenance at your convenience. We are pleased that we could provide a partial refund for the issues you faced. We have taken your concerns seriously, as new fridge shelves have been ordered and installed, and we coordinated with multiple technicians and the gas company to resolve the stove issue. Our home is regularly serviced by Orkin pest control, and we've brought in an additional pest control company to address the concerns you mentioned, as we do not want future guests to experience the same issues. We appreciate your understanding, and we will continue to work hard to improve our property for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback!
