加熱/冷却プールオプション*、新しくリフォームされ、内側と外側に装備!! 2019年4月の新機能-完全にリフォームされた巨大なシェフズキッチンと追加の400SFのリビングスペースが最初のフロアファミリールームに追加されました。 この快適な島の隠れ家は、開放的で広々としたエリア、信じられないほどの自然光、上品な島の装飾を提供しています。 駐車場がたくさんある美しく手入れされた照明付きの敷地。 玄関から砂の中のつま先まで徒歩3分！

18席の大きな家族の夕食を作るのに必要なすべての機器が揃ったダブルオーブン付きの大きなオープンキッチン。 キッチンのそばには、フラットスクリーンテレビ/ Roku / DVD付きの居心地の良いリビングエリアがあります。 2階には、プールテーブル、DVD、Wifi、2つの大型フラットスクリーンテレビ（1はスマートテレビ）、ポーカーテーブル、ミニ冷蔵庫付きのフルウェットバーを含むラウンジ/バー/ゲームルームのある大きなオープンエリアがあります。 デッキやプールのそばでくつろいでいる間、図書館から本を選んで読んでください。

The house was in a great location and exactly as described. We had an amazing time and even got to check in early which was very nice. The only negative thing I could say is that the house wasn't cleaned great before our stay. Floors/counters sticky. Some sand found in bathrooms.

Pros - location was good - close to beach and small town, house is large, pool size was nice, large kitchen, manager responded to issues quickly. Cons - house needs some upkeep and repairs. We do a family beach vacation each year and this house has some issues. I don’t expect everything to be perfect but I don’t like to have to deal with repair people while on my vacation. If management wants more details I will supply it.

Our first trip to Isle of Palms and we would recommend it! Our property was just what we needed for 10 people. The kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever seen. Kitchen and bathroom supplies upon our arrival were generous, and we appreciated that. Some bedrooms have updated furnishings and were even better than pictured online. The ping pong table, pool table and video games were enjoyed by all. There were many pool and beach toys at the property. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly dealt with by the property manager. He was very responsive, and did a great job!

Perfect location

The location was a short walk to the beach. Not crowded. The house was great for our family of 13. Kids enjoyed the pool and the video golf game. We had a few issues and John came right away and handled everything. He was great to work with. Replied right away to our text. Our week stay there was wonderful.

Beautiful, Spacious Home

We loved our stay in IOP. Just blocks from the beach, it was very convenient. The home had plenty of space for our family having two living rooms and plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we could need for eating in. The kids and adults loved the games on the second level. Also, very convenient to restaurants. We would stay again.

Amazing stay with responsive host

The property was awesome! There were so many things to do in the house and around the area. The property is 2 min walk to beach, and 10 min walk to fun restaurants and bars. What really stood out though was John as a host. He was communicative leading up to the trip and available throughout. All in all, the property and John helped make our trip to Charleston amazing.

Family, food, fun and hurricane excitement!

The location in Isle of Palms is fabulous. Beach access in either direction. Plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and inflatables for the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. The house was perfect for our all adult family of 10. Perfect kitchen for cooking together. Dining table held us all. Multiple wine/drink refrigerators so helpful. Outdoor shower was roomy and a bathroom too. Cooking outside on the grill and outdoor kitchen was amazing. Great time… hurricane was a little scary with tornado warnings and some hail but since an unexpected bonus… all is well!

Family beach reunion

Our family is scattered around the country and this was the ideal location to gather for a week. The house was the ideal layout with large open kitchen/dining/living area, easy access to the beach, and enjoyable afternoon in the pool. It was well equipped, with fun extras like the game room, beach chairs, etc. Our host was very responsive to questions. We had a fabulous visit. Thank you!!

Love this house and everything about it. John is extremely helpful and friendly (not that we needed him for much of anything, because everything was in great shape, but still). Even a tropical storm couldn't mess things up too much. Hopefully we'll be coming back next year.

We have been to Isle of Palms 3 times in the last 4 years on our ever growing family vacation. This property was very nice. The pool area had a good amount of shady trees so you could be in full sun or shade at the pool. The outside kitchen area was great with a full refrigerator. Over all it was a great experience enhanced by the property.

Anniversary Isle of Palms

This was a great place to celebrate our 50th with the entire family. Very convenient, comfortable, roomy, and nice places for all to gather and to seclude. Easy access to local attractions/restaurants and easy short walk to beach. Really enjoyed the pool with the outdoor shower, rinse hoses and bathroom. Appreciated the supply of beach toy, beach chairs, wake boards and the wagon and tote wagon. (Please note, many of the toys are broken and we would have appreciated not having to sort thru those.) A few things that would make our stay even more enjoyable: Wished the house was supplied with more than a couple dish washer soap pods and a watered down bottle of hand washing soap at kitchen sink. We bought some. Needed kitchen wash cloths and drying towels which were brought the next morning. Used the grill twice and found the burners had hot and cold areas so I had to constantly move the food about to cook it. (Burners need attention or replacement). The electric starter does not work so needed to insert hand lighter tip thru rusted out spot in grill plates. Found the swing on the upstairs deck is too close to the house, even the gentlest motion caused the swing to hit the house. Some in our group stated that the cushions on some of the chaises around the pool were uncomfortable/worn out and dirty.

Family Vacation

The house was as advertised. We had a wonderful stay perfect for our family with 8 adults and 5 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Short walks to the beach and town. The pool was well maintained. Management was very responsive to requests.

Great Escape

8 adults, no kids, mini get away vacation. This house was the perfect location. It was close to the beach, grocery store, golf, and the restaurants were out of this world! I think we all left a piece of our heart in IOP. Would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Open plan, fenced yard, lots of deck space, pool table, outdoor ping pong table. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Home features 6 bedrooms, 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, I double double bunk bed. There is also a queen size murphy bed in the upstairs family room, bringing the queen beds to 4. Most of the beds have memory foam toppers.
