Great view in a decent position. The resort is also wonderful from live music, to the ice cream to the food by the pool.

The room was beautiful and clean, the beds were a little rough. The view was amazing. The property owners were very nice and helpful. The price was fair. I do feel as though they can add a little more in description, but other than that it was a wonderful property and stay. We really enjoyed.

Very nice location, very nice condo, everything is very close by, beach is easy access, Walmart is in walking distance. The resort has many amenities and things to do. Food available on site. Attractions nearby.

We had the best time at Jill's condo. I traveled with my husband, sister and sister in law and we all thought it was AMAZING! The condo was as described, super clean, beds were comfortable and we had more than enough room for the four of us. it had everything we needed for our stay including extra beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The balcony was our favorite part. The view.....so beautiful! We had no problems with parking, there was very minimal wait for the elevators and the whole property itself was kept clean. The beach service was a bonus and it was great having tiki bars onsite. We loved the outdoor pools and hot tub although we all thought the hot tub outdoors should have little kids limited to earlier hours. We ran into several nights with some kids "swimming" and jumping into it. But property staff did try and monitor it. Shopping and dining were all within walking distance or a short drive. We booked a parasailing trip right on the property beach and loved it. Booked a tiki sunset cruise that was not that far away and went to Pier Park for some shopping. We did think that the anyone paying for beach chairs/beach service should not have anyone directly in front of them. A few times we had groups set up their chairs closer to the water right in front of us. But that is not a reflection on the condo itself. Just a thought for the future. Our memories will last forever! Can't wait to come back!

Great Location

Overall very nice olace to stay. We were there during a very busy time and since the unit is on the 19th floor, it took some extended time waiting on elevators. The TV was difficult to figure out but communication with the property manager was very helpful and quick. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location, close to restaurants and fun things to do, elevators were packed and some guests had to wait very long to get on. Pool area doesn’t have enough chairs for the number of guests. Overall good vacation.

May Stay

We did not have any issues with the elevators - maybe the time of year? We do cook in a lot and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and accommodating condo and easily fit the 6 of us! Absolutely beautiful views and marine life was visible from the awesome deck.

Panama City 3 bedroom gem!

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom condo with gorgeous views!! The owner, Jill, got back to us within seconds with any and all questions we had for her! The place was nicely equipped and it was in a perfect location. The elevators are slow but only around 10 am and 4 pm. (When guests are checking out/arriving so you plan around it.) We hope to rent it again in the future!

Very spacious condo!

Most amazing view with an excellent location! It's in an easy spot to run necessary errands and to get in and out of. Walk to service station, Pineapple Willies and Parlor Doughnuts are a breeze! The elevators can be slow between 9-10 in the mornings and evenings. But if you plan around those times it's fine. The parking spots with the condo were so nice to have! The condo was spacious enough to accommodate 10. Beach and pool area were great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. Anything we needed with Jill, she responded immediately!

The Condo was immaculate. We felt we were at home . Just reminder if you come in more than 2 cars you have to pay extra for additional vehicle. I was not aware but it was unavoidable due to our different schedules. TV in master room did not work but we were not there to watch TV. Would return now if I could. Thank you Jill for opening your home to us! Jill this is out of your control but long wait times on elevators. I still would return. Spectacular view😊

Convenient Location with Beautiful Beach

The condo is exactly as advertised with amazing views of some of the most beautiful ocean in Florida and just about everything you could possibly need. It was much busier than we anticipated with so many schools in the Midwest on fall break that week. Getting an elevator - especially if you had anything with you - was a process that would take at least 20 minutes unless it was before 8 am or after 11 pm. They definitely need more elevators for that many units. The amenities and location made it worth it, but something to be mindful of if going during a busy time. The property manager was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process and our stay. Pineapple Willy's next door had awesome food and drinks with a beautiful view. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby as well. We really enjoyed shopping at Shipwreck LTD for souvenirs to bring home. Chair rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, etc. were right in front of the building. The pools were awesome, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family pool and beach atmosphere

Great communication. Parking was easy. Great pool with snack bar and tiki bar. Would have liked the smart TV to work or to have some board games for inclement weather.
