My girlfriends and i had the time of our lives staying at this property. It was conveniently located by the beach and the boardwalk. My only complaint is the front door needs to be changed, it looked old and beat down. Other than that, will gladly rebook this property for my future AC visit

Property has a wonderful location. It is very spacious and supplied with plenty of pillows and linens. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room. Property was clean upon check in. We enjoyed our stay and are considering returning in the summer months.

The place was OK. It was clean. The only problem was the parking. The people upstairs had two cars in our driveway we paid for the downstairs and downstairs supposed to park in the driveway. The unit upstairs they had dogs they said no pets and they had loud music all night long and light on in the hallway all night long and day other than that it was OK.

Great Location

The house was in a great location, right on the beach. It was very clean and looked like it did in the pictures. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend staying there.

Family vacation

Beautiful house, steps from the beach and boardwalk. Front porch was a great place to kick back after a day at the beach. If you're upto a nice long walk, take it all the way to Steele Pier and see it all. Hosts were super fast with any questions or concerns we had. You can't go wrong with this Jersey Shore beachy home..

Great Atlantic Beach Getaway

This property is truly a hidden gem. The interior has been completely redone and has all updated bathrooms an amazing kitchen, laundry, and wonderful living space. The easy beach access was spectacular and the on-site parking made our stay easy. The entire booking and check in/check out process was as simple as as can be. These hosts want to make sure your stay is perfect and it was. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Would come back again

Family trip back home to spread Mom's ashes. We could not have asked for a better place. Clean, spacious, great outside porch and steps away from a perfect beach area. Plenty of room for families and owners were very responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making a tough time, easier.

Worked for us

Good location, good communications, overall a good house. Not the nicest area of Atlantic City, but convenient to the beach. A few upgrades would go far in the house. We will return to the property possibly next Spring.

Girls/moms get away

This location was perfect for us. Close enough to the beach to walk easily, walk to cool places in Ventnor, and short ride, but good distance too, from the main AC attractions. Only minor thing was things seemed like the house could use a tune up. Several loose towel racks and such but that was it. All else was great!

Just what we needed

We needed a place for my family and daughter's bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. Everyone who walked in could not believe how beautiful the house was. It couldn't have been more perfect. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend it

Great location, spacious.

Overall, it’s a great house, plenty of room, not outdated or dirty. The location is as described, 30 second walk to the beach, like 7 min drive to Tropicana. My only issue was while it’s described a whole house and states that it is only the first floor, it failed to detail the fact that there is a unit above. The floors were very thin and we heard every moment and thing said. I don’t know that I would have booked knowing that

Spacious and comfortable

This unit fit our needs perfectly. While there were only four of us this property could easily accommodate 10-12 people. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and allowed for both together and alone time for the group. The house is modern and well equipped, providing everything you need for meal prep and relaxing. The location, just steps away from the boardwalk and beach is ideal. Rare to find off street parking which was a real plus. The property owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We rented the first floor unit and as others have noted depending on the renters upstairs it can get a bit noisy but nothing that diminished our stay. Overall an exceptional unit at this price point for this location.

Perfect Location/House

Location! Location! Location! This house is perfectly nestled into a cozy little community. The beach is 1 minute away and is not overcrowded like most Jersey beaches. The house itself was spacious and had a ton of closet space . The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to not have to worry about bringing sheets. The common area had plenty of room for our group of 8 to sprawl out in as well. We really appreciated the front porch for people watching and it was such a pleasant neighborhood. Beautiful historic home with all the modern finishes that make you feel like you're vacationing in style. We will definitely try to return to this home for our future family vacation.

Family Get-Together

Great location - half a block from the boardwalk and the beach. Good neighborhood, and convenient bodega grocery shopping. It's not an estate. It's the whole ground floor of a multi-unit (3) house. The inside has been very recently renovated and is clean, well-lit, and has a large, open communal space which is great for family get-togethers. Unfortunately, simple things have been overlooked: a dustpan for the ever-present sand, door knobs on one of the bedroom doors, towel hooks, sink faucet knobs falling off. The apartment just needs some TLC to be terrific. And the front porch needs a deep cleaning. Not the owner's fault, but beware of many high charges tacked on to the rent - it was a significant portion of the overall rent, including undisclosed charges.

Excellent

This was a well furnished, spacious property that easily accommodated my siblings and myself. The casinos and downtown restaurants were easily accessible. We didn’t venture to the beach due to the chilly weather as our visit was in late November. The property manager and owner were both very helpful regarding an issue we had with the heating. When we arrived, it was not working and was a cool 57 degrees in the house. The contact phone number was for the property manager and he very promptly showed up to try and fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem needed the attention of a professional and the owner had someone come out and the had everything up and running in less than two hours from our arrival. We even made it to our 5 o’clock dinner reservation in time. By the time we got back, the house was comfortably warm. All in all, we had a great time and definitely recommend this property. It was nice to deal with an owner and property manager who care about their renters and makes every effort to make sure they have a worry free vacation. Thank you Ben and Ana for our wonderful time AC.
