This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located at the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.

No smoking. No pets allowed.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Housekeeping needs to step it up a bit in the room

Overall it was a great stay enjoyed the room. We did have to clean when we got there but that's not on the pwner. We would stay again .

The summit

Pool closes at 8pm. All signs still say pool closes at 11pm. Our bed mattress was worn out. Condo could use updating. Floors were dirty. Spacious. Happy with safety feature on sliding glass patio door because we have a 3 year old son

The bathrooms in this unit were not good. Toilets need replaced and shower curtain had mold on it. The elevators at this condo need some help. Not working half the time. Otherwise, a good place to stay for the money.

Spring Break 2023

Beautiful Ocean Views however the Elevators were never working and we took the steps to the 9th floor often. The bedding was not very comfortable; stiff and thin with no extra blankets for bunks. ALL BEDS very hard, you could feel and hear the springs on the King bed when moving. We lined the back of couch with our pillows to watch a movie to sit on it due to the discomfort. Tiki bar Great, pool Great, Security Great, pool bathrooms not so great. Easy Great Access to Beach!

Adequate but Unremarkable

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, centrally located to everything we were interested in seeing. The facilities available were nice, pool, hot tub etc. However, the unit could use a little work. The furniture in the living room was extremely flat and uncomfortable. We saw several roaches throughout the weekend, some dead and others alive still. The cleanliness of the unit also needs improvement, as the tub was filthy and there was urine on the toilet and floor in front of the toilet when we arrived. I’m not sure where the cleaning fee is going at this point. We were also disappointed to discover that the pool closed at approximately 6:30 every evening based on inadequate lighting. This should have been disclosed previous to renting at the property! Overall we enjoyed beautiful PCB, however, this is not a unit we would stay in again.
