This 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo is located on the ground floor that allows easy access to the pool, ocean, and tennis courts!

Enjoy the Master Bedroom with an ocean view and walk-out patio. King Size adjustable mattress for your comfort.

Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex located on the south end of the island, close to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to historic Fernandina Beach. There are 2 oceanfront pools and 4 clay tennis courts for your enjoyment, in addition to a private beach walk to the ocean. This condo will allow for 2 car parking. There are no assigned spots, and there is availability for boat and trailer parking.

Great Getaway

Visited for a quick weekend getaway and loved it. Great communication, entrance and stay. Beautiful view of the Atlantic and right beside the pool which was really nice. Super relaxing on the back cove with the sound of the waves crashing. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect getaway

The condo is perfect for a couple, we were there for a week annd enjoyed the unit, sunrises each morning and beach. Would stay there again.

Relaxing on Amelia

Beautiful location. Well equipped older property with a few noise and maintenance issues. Convenient ground floor location near the pool with lots of big windows and lovely dune and a bit of water views.
