Outstanding stay. Charming, wonderfully appointed house very convenient to major highways and interstates and is close to plenty of things to do. Host was very thorough and an excellent communicator before and throughout the stay. Parking can be kind of tricky if you have more than one car on site (it's a very short, narrow driveway), but otherwise, no complaints.

GREAT LOCATION in a historical part of Atlanta

Loved the area full of mature trees and easy access to midtown, lots of family friendly and adult friendly entertainment nearby. Home was owned by an artist and it shows! Loved getting some local flavor in Atlanta and greatly enjoyed our stay.

We are happy you enjoyed our house and location. The Artastic Midtown House welcomes travelers who want to experience Atlanta’s artsy side away from the touristy attractions, and closer to where the locals live, play and enjoy everything Atlanta has to offer.

Highly Recommended

This is the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. They’ve thought of everything. There’s an amazing patio with lights and a fire pit. The neighborhood is great. And Chris is a great host. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house location was great and the rooms were clean. My problem was the bathtub faucet needs to be glued on and tile needs to be replaced. Also the patio needs landscaping.

Thanks for letting us know about the faucet, we offered to repair it during your stay but you asked us to wait so we repaired it after you departed. Our courtyard landscaping is our preference since it fits the urban farm feel we like. We hope you will come back for a future stay!

Midtown Retreat

Great location - quiet neighborhood, safe, close to park, shops, restaurants etc. Big house that easily accommodated 4 couples. Loved the courtyard/terrace -that's where we spent the majority of our time- it was like a secret garden! Bathrooms were pretty tired, but clean and functional. Nice well equipped kitchen. We had some miscommunication about the door code when we checked in, but figured it out quickly. Would definitely stay here again - great value for the location and space.

Thanks Sarah for your highest review and recent stay at the Midtown Artastic House. You and your group were our first VRBO guests (though we have 10+ 5 star reviews on other platforms). Since we change our door code after every guest stay, and to avoid future miscommunications with our guests, we are switching to a checkin process to text the door code to the guest the morning prior to pm checkin. Thanks again for your stay and we look forward to hosting you in the future!
