Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath (sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private
covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Featuring an open floor plan that includes the newly renovated kitchen and appliances (June 2022), dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a memory foam king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is also attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds) with access to the third full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements:
If you are booking this property for a reservation stay between now and the end of March 2024, the HOA is doing work on the far end units (124, 224, 324, and 424). Per the HOA, after mid-March they will be suspending work until after Labor Day. If you are booking to stay after Sept 2nd, please note that they will be doing work in the middle units (123, 223, 323, 423). They are resurfacing the beach side of the building, including replacing doors and windows.

Some welcomed news in 2024 is The City of Folly Beach will be re-nourishing our beach which is much needed!
Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused one block at a time. While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance there will be construction on the beach and/or beach closures near this home.
The city hasn't provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing. But you can stay informed with the latest by visiting the City of Folly Beaches website.
Please note that our office does not have any more information than what is posted online, and we are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment during your stay.

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

This condo is located right on the beach with terrific views of the ocean and pier and has a private balcony. It is in walking distance of the main restaurants/shops in Folly. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed - including beach chairs (a welcomed surprise). There was easy access to the beach via a private gate. I would highly recommend staying here. Amazing Ocean Front Stay
This stay exceeded our expectations from the minute we walked into the condo. Amazing ocean view, complete with secure surrounding, pools, beach chairs and a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom unit.
