Great stay in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our July stay in Folly Beach! The location of the condo is perfect and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops along Center Street. This has become our yearly family tradition and we always look forward to returning to Folly Beach!

Family vacation

Place was great. Was not very clean when we got there but they sent a housekeeper out to clean it asap. Beautiful view. Easy access to the beach and down town Folly Beach.

Great trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners communicated very well, check-in and out were super easy, and they condo was really nice. The location is unbeatable in Folly, and the pool was well maintained and right by the beach access. Everything was easy! Would recommend.

First family vacation in a few years!

Awesome condo, everything in the condo worked great. Very spacious for all. Our only problem is both pools closed during the week???one of the reasons I booked here is for the pools!

Great place, great location

My family (5 adults, 2 children under 7years of age) came here for a 5 day stay in August and simply loved the place. The place was stocked with all the amenities you could want. We even made cookies one evening, and was surprised to find an electric mixer plus all the items needed to bake with. Location was perfect. We had a great view off the balcony and were only steps away from the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to families or large groups .

We had a wonderful time. Great mangment company! Condo was very clean and very well stocked.

The Dunes Property Mangement were great. Always there with any problems. Kept me well reminded of all i needed to k iw. they were even able to extend our check out! it saved us because we had a car that had to go to the shop inorder for us to go home. Helped us out so much!!!

Comfort and convenience

We had 5 adults and 2 kids in this rental and it accommodated all of us. We called it a “one butt kitchen” which was a little tricky during the Thanksgiving holiday, but the place was stocked with the essentials we needed. We needed an extra parking pass, and they delivered it within minutes of our request. The place was a little noisy (an adjacent unit had squealing plumbing, and there was some work that started very early in another unit close-by), but it didn’t disturb us too much. We also got a credit for some free beach gear rental with the property, which was a nice bonus.

Location is great. Pool is not heated. Noisy for sleeping.

This unit is definitely showing its age but the location cannot be beat. The master bedroom king bed has a memory foam mattress. This was not comfortable for us. My body was sucked in and it made it very difficult to move or even sit up. Very well stocked kitchen. Please note the pools are not heated. This is an issue when the temperatures are 70 or below.

Wife's 60th Birthday Surprise

My wife believes there's nothing better than relaxing on the seashore. This property fit the bill perfectly. Three floors up with a great view up and down the beach and just an elevator ride and a short walk to the sand. Plus the surrounding area has everything you need for supplies. Overall, a great time!

Great place to stay

Cannot beat this view

We were blown away by the spaciousness immediately. The view is second to none. We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked, along with laundry and dishwasher detergent too. Will come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful spacious location and great balcony ocean views. The only complaint was no TV other than living and master bedroom. The young ones didn’t like that….
