Designed to accommodate up to seven guests, this condo is a vibrant home away from home, infused with a bright, coastal chic decor that promises a relaxing and fun-filled stay. The complex offers modern conveniences including two dedicated parking spots in the garage level, elevators for easy access, and a seasonal community pool perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Additionally, a secure storage unit is provided including beach toys, games, and chairs.



As you enter the condo, you will be overwhelmed by the expansive balcony where you can soak in stunning ocean views. Inside, the condo offers a vibrant celebration of modern beachside elegance, with a bright and cheerful atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode. With four smart TVs and complimentary high-speed internet, you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. The location from the beach & center street is perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. I loved that each room had its own bathroom as well. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Folly close to everything you need!

Recognition day at The Citadel

This was our family’s 3rd time staying here. We loved all the beautiful upgrades. Folly beach was wonderful, walked to several different restaurants during our stay! Great time!!

Updated Unit with View

This was a wonderful unit that has been updated. It was clean and fresh and we appreciated all that the unit had to offer. The only thing I was wishing for was a working whirlpool tub and a king size bed in the master bedroom. It was more like a full size. The balcony is extra large with a great view of the ocean across the street. The area is convenient to restaurants, shops & bars. We were here in February so it was quiet, no way it will stay that way as the season picks up. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Fantastic stay for a girl's weekend. The clean, quiet, well appointed condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and it's within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the pier, and a small market for groceries. The washer and dryer is convenient, especially with laundry detergent provided. This unit also has a storage closet that's chock full of beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, etc. Perfect stay. Thank you!

Loved the location! Can’t wait to come back again next year! The hardwood floors need to be cleaner and updating the beach equipment availability would be helpful. Hopefully that will change before our next stay.

Awesome location!

Awesome location! Perfect size for a family with little ones to get to beach and walking distance of restaurants etc! Our only complaint was not queen size beds in bedrooms. Maybe one bedroom. Others are full beds. Even master bedroom had a full bed. But overall nice place and we would stay again!
