Newly UPDATED in 2026! Pelican Walk 512 is a 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo that is perfect for families or even multiple families sleeping up to 10 people! This condo is an end unit condo that features an open floor plan with views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining, and living area. The welcoming ambience and NEW furnishings will make you feel at home during your next beach vacation! Unit 512 also includes FREE Beach Chair/Umbrella Service seasonally March through October! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own balcony with an ensuite private bathroom.
The updated kitchen is well stocked and features custom cabinets and granite countertops. The dining table accommodates six people and there is seating for four at the kitchen counter. Step out onto a large private wrap-around balcony for lovely views of the pool area and the blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon siesta, or a romantic sunset. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own private balcony. The adjoining master bathroom features a custom tile shower with a bench seat and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has two NEW Queen size beds and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed with a NEW 55" TV.
Pelican Walk is located on Thomas Dr. close to all that PCB has to offer; ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf courses, and so much with in a 2 mile radius! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have numerous amenities: FREE Parking, FREE high-speed internet, two (2) gulf front swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, gas and barbecue grill areas, and more!

Good condo, not upfront about elevator issues
Overall, our stay was good. However, the elevator on the west side was completely down for our entire stay. We were on the 5th floor on the end so the other elevator was as far away as it could be on the other side of the property. We had 2 small children and 2 grandparents in their late 60's. Grandfather has 2 artificial hips and steps are hard for him. We were NOT told about this issue prior to arriving and did not get an email about this issue as the property manager said we did. This was a huge issue for us and others we talked to. Nothing was done to compensate. We will not return.

I am happy to share, the west side elevator closest to 512 will be back up and operational in early August 2024. Hopefully, you will give us another chance in the future! Had I read the reviews before I made my final payment, I probably would not have booked room 512. I made my final payment on May 30th and the email sent on June 25th, included the notification that the elevator on the West side was out of service. We had two people close to 60 years old in our group and one person with bad knees and walking the five flights of stairs to get to 512 was difficult. Even when taking the elevator on the East side, you still had a long painful walk to get to 512. After reading the reviews, I found the elevator on the west side has been down since September 2023.Ten months for an elevator to be down is unacceptable. I work in a hospital and it doesn’t take that long to repair or modernize an elevator. The living room furniture is in need of a good cleaning. The cushions on the balcony furniture, need to be replaced, as the buttons will leave rust stains on your clothes. It takes about 4 cycles to dry your clothes. When coming from the beach and washing the sand from your feet, chairs etc. the water pressure was horrible all week. On our last day at the beach there was a water line break and we were without water for several hours. This made it difficult for eight people to shower in time to go for dinner or to even prepare a dinner, as the water was not repaired in two hours as stated it would be. Unit 512 is not a bad unit, it could use a little TLC, maybe update decorating. I would definitely recommend the management company let people know upfront when booking condos on the West side, about the elevator. That’s just poor communication and does not reflect well on the management company. I would have looked for a condo and gladly rented on the East side had I known. It would have saved a lot of frustration each time I walked the stairs or across the building to 512.

Loved the location and views from this condo! It was super easy to get up and walk down to the beach and the condo provided us with a complimentary umbrella + 2 chairs. We used our own chairs and canopy but felt like that was a nice touch for them to offer anyway. The condo itself had comfortable beds, a nice balcony and central island in the kitchen for us to cook. We did have a hiccup the first 2 days where our fridge didn’t work and we had to wait to get someone to come out and fix it; not fun considering we had to keep all of our perishables for our large group in a yeti cooler. The elevator on our side of the building also was not working the entire time we were there. Overall we had a good stay with some areas for improvement on the facilities.

The room was beautiful, a little too crowded. There wasn’t an area to store grocery items or areas to place your own items while staying. The room sleeps 10 and we had 7 for our stay, there wasn’t a frying pan or cookie sheet big enough for the cooking I did while there. The dryer vent needs to be cleaned out, we could not get our clothes to dry quick enough(2-3 cycles). The room offered good bedding and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The complimentary beach chairs were very helpful. We really did enjoy our trip, just a few things that were annoyances. The facility always has offered top notch service and beautiful upkeep. This is probably our 8th visit to Pelican Walk and we will return.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was the perfect size for my family group vacation. Plenty of space, all the amenities we’d need as well as the excellent hospitality of the Pelican Walk staff. The wrap around balcony offered added outdoor space as well as a spectacular view! The beachfront location can’t be beat! Along with our time at the beach we feasted at local restaurants. Captain Anderson’s, J.Michael’s, Schooner’s, Patches, Uncle Ernie’s and Runaway Island to name a few. Unit 512 was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to eliminate a few of the large decorations as some areas are a bit cluttered. Would definitely stay here again.
