I hate to put this up cause i want to keep it undercover, but Monica and Rob, the host are the best, respond to all messages quickly!! centrally located, 1/3 of a mile from downtown. And if you like horses, deer wandering the property morning and evening and a great view of the mountains off the balcony and every kitchen utensil you could imagine, this is a gem!!

Our favorite place to stay.

We love staying at the cottage. It’s plenty of room for our family of 4 plus our dog. We enjoy the kitchen and the accommodations. Walking distance to town is a plus as well. We will be back next year.

Loved this loft for our stay in Kernville. Had plenty of space & was very close to downtown & Frandy Campground, where we had many friends camping there as well. Will definitely be back! Thank you again! Great stay!

Not a bad place to stay!

Very quite and the view from the kitchen is great the place is roomy and has a big kitchen and was mostly clean, we would definitely stay again. The only issue we had is they have it advertised that the hot tub was ready and usable, they ended up telling us it was unavailable, other then that not a bad place to stay for a few nights.

Greeted by the host and a friendly dog named Dexter who is an excellent ball catcher (the dog, not the host). Accommodations were excellent and just as advertised. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
