Kernville small studio apartment

Very quaint, reasonable, clean and a great location for walking to most everything in town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway to see Grandkids

The owner is so easy to work with. This place is just perfect both in value & accommodations. We will always stay here to come and visit our grandkids. Highly recommended; you will not be disappointed.

We were Vendors at Whiskey Flat Days. Great location as we could walk to our booth. No need to try and find a parking space. Easy walk.

Great little getaway

Location is great! Walking distance to brewery and into town. Small and cute apartment. Great for two but snug for 4. I would come back!

Clean, Convenient, Affordable

We came to watch the fire works display and go out to dinner. Unit was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, in a central location and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

White Water Hunting

We have found our home in Kernville. It is so cozy and warm after a cold day on the river it was a joy to walk across the street from Sierra South and be home that fast. Could not have been better.

The location was near the river.

I liked the river nearby. There were decent places to eat within walking distance. The place was clean with a kitchen. The next door neighbor likes his pot, but there’s nothing you can do about that.

Nice, no frills rental.

This rental is very clean. No frills but not sparse, it had just about everything we needed. Convenient location, easy to find and close enough to walk to most stores and attractions. The owner is super nice and helpful. Overall a very nice place and very affordable. The people in town are very friendly, too.

Comfortable Studio

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Studio was very Roomy, Clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. Betty the owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. Perfect location, walking distance to town and a lot of beautiful hiking near by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The location of this property was in walking distance of downtown Kernville. Close to two local breweries, store and laundry. Kitchen was well stocked, the neighbors were quite. Would stay again. It really worked for the two of us, if you had kids it might be tight.
