This home was in a perfect location for us with work and exploring. it is quaint and charming and the kitchen was small but had everything we needed for a meal in. The host was very responsive when we had a wifi issue the first day and took care of it within fifteen minutes. The beds are really comfortable and the pillows and linens were exactly what we like.

The property was very clean when we arrived and had many board games available of you wanted to play them along with a switch. The location was excellent, just a short walk to downtown OP. Recommend going to the farmers market on Saturday!

KC Soccer Tourney Homebase

Great landing spot for our family during a weekend soccer tournament. Close to lots of restaurants and shops, grocery stores, etc. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect home away from home

The Floyd Retreat is a great house. It is a great size with 2 living spaces if you need a little separation. The house is clean and was nice and cool in the Kansas heat. There is ample parking and so much to do within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We will book the Retreat again next time we are in Kansas.

We loved this place! A lot of care has been put into making you feel comfortable as a guest. It was clean, well-stocked and I felt like the host was incredibly responsive when I asked something. The place is charming and makes you feel like a local. The area is also really cute - you are seriously a 10 minute walk or less from downtown Overland Park with cute shops and cafes. It’s an easy drive anywhere in the surrounding area including exploring Kansas City. I recommend this place!
