Less than a mile from the beach, this peaceful vacation rental consists of a two-story cottage and a comfy barn above an active woodworking shop. Tucked away among the tranquil greenery, this retreat boasts contem[orary architecture, mod furnishings, two full kitchens, and a great outdoor space. Enjoy family barbecues on the large stone patio and dine alfresco at the charming picnic table. Wind down after a day on the trail in Acadia, with drinks and conversation around the firepit.

Kick back in the open living area, where a woodstove provides a cozy ambience for movie nights. Upstairs, settle into the furnished loft with a mug of hot tea and a good book on rainy or snowy days. A private washer/dryer and fast WiFi add convenience to longer stays.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
A flight of exterior stairs is required to access the barn.
The barn is above the owner's woodworking shop that operates between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some noise may be heard from the shop during these hours.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
