The place was great overall. Great location with a great view and quick walk to the ocean! We also loved that they have everything you need to go to the beach (including beach towels, beach chairs and my favorite the umbrella!)

Davis was a great host. We had an A/C go out in this middle of the trip and was very timely at responding and A/C was fixed promptly. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house. It was well furnished with everything we needed and was very clean. The location was just a short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive to our questions and quick to take care of any of our concerns. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely love to be back.

We had a family of eight and we had plenty of room for everyone and with two full baths and the half bath everyone was able to utilize the bathrooms when needed. The views are just fabulous. My favorite spot was actually the balcony off of the living room that’s where I did my devotionals every morning with a cup of coffee, so nice. The walk to the beach was very very short and is definitely a place I would recommend!!! Our house was very hospitable and responded quickly to any questions that I had.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from the time we booked until the end of our trip. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer any questions.The home itself was beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Every detail had been considered, making it feel more like a home than a vacation rental. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.One of the highlights was the easy access to the ocean and the absolutely impeccable views from the rooftop. You can see the beautiful sunsets on the bay and the ocean! We enjoyed watching the 4th of July fireworks from the comforts of the rooftop. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable beachfront getaway.

What a great house! Host was very welcoming and helpful. Answered questions right away and addressed any concerns as well. Amenities were VERY good. There were a lot of things in the house that helped us during our stay - from simple things like kitchen amenities (aluminum foil, coffee filters) to laundry detergent.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with all the supplies we needed. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop area—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Spring Break Spot!!

This beautiful home is the perfect getaway spot for our family. We loved the location & how close the beach was from our front door. The house was clean & fully stocked with all our basic needs. The owner, Dave, was exceptional! We enjoyed our stayed and definitely would love to come back!

Beautiful location

This was a retirement celebration trip for my husband, he (as well as all of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay, extremely relaxing. The host was very attentive and the home was very well stocked. We would stay in this home again without hesitation. Quiet area and amazing views from every window.
