The unit was very nice with good views and amenities including the pool, appliances and location. The numerous codes to get into gate, building, pool area and room was cumbersome. Some additional basics in the kitchen to include coffee k-cups, creamers and tea bags would have been nice. The master bath shower did not drain well and I pulled out significant hair from the drain. Once cleaned it was fine.

Perfect place to stay

We absolutely loved the location of this condo! It’s not a far walk from the beach but the best part was the back porch that over looks the Bay. Everything was clean, washer and dryer worked well (a lot of places they don’t), it was a great place and we can’t wait to come back.

Great Balcony View

The overall stay was excellent and we would stay here again. We loved the balcony view and it had plenty of room for our party of 6. A few minor things could use some attention but it didn’t affect our stay so I didn’t report it at the time. The ice maker didn’t work and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. The unit was clean but could use more detailed cleaning on the floors. The condo building itself needs some repairs and upgrades are needed in the lobby area. I was worried when we were walking up to the unit but we were very pleased with the unit itself. Great location.

Property in great facility, but owner needs to do a major update. Messed up carpet in rooms, drawer in master taped up, not one closet door worked properly. More appreciate furniture for a condo that sleeps 6 to 8. We only had 5 people and couldn't comfortably sit in the living room. A/C problems that they fixed but just could never really cool off until the middle of the nightThis is our 5th stay in a Tristan Towers condo, first disappointment in the update of the condo.

For the most part, our stay at this condo unit was good. The unit is very dated and there was some grime buildup. Washing machine didn’t work, spin cycle issue, and there was excessive mold build up in the washer that was left on the one set of clothes I ran through it before realizing it wasn’t working correctly. The shower curtain in the master bath was covered in pink soap scum and mold, and there was mold along the top of the bowl on all bathroom sinks. The Pensacola Beach Property crew quickly came to inspect the washing machine and they had the cleaning person come back in and change out the shower curtain liners and clean the bathroom sinks. 5 stars for the crew on the property for responding so quickly. Washing machine was unusable for the rest of the week due to needing repairsViews from the condo were outstanding. We thought it would just be a view of the bay, but we also had a small view of the gulf. Liked that each bedroom had access to the balcony and there was a lot of room on the balcony. Property was well maintained. Appreciated the gated parking lot. Large clean pool and nice tennis courts.This is not a huge issue, but I want others to be aware. The living room tv was the only tv that had satellite/cable channels. The bedroom with the two twin beds and the master had tv’s that would connect to streaming service of our own. The other room had a tv, but no connection to anything. We purchased a Roku so we could connect to streaming services in that room.

Beautiful views & room for improvement

We enjoyed the location and we spent many hours enjoying the views over our 8 week stay. For a condo that sleeps 8, there are only 3 chairs on the huge patio. The sofa and 2 chairs need replacing due to being stained, worn and barely serviceable. The table service needs replacing. While there were 8 plates, every one was chipped. There were 3 water glasses and 2 wine glasses (for 8 people). The cutlery did not have complete place settings for 8. The condo generally needs cleaning and upkeep such as touch up paint. Expansion rods for curtains randomly fall during the night. I had higher expectations for beach condo prices. I’m disappointed in the details but it has potential with simple changes.

Beautiful location

Condo was in a great location. Place was clean and they had extra blankets and pillows. The ice machine didn't work but it was not a big deal. Loved the pool and the people were very friendly.

The only complaint i have is the floors needed a good mop before we got there. Our feet were black from walking on them. Other than that wonderful place to stay.

Dryer did not work, sink leaked and under sink was full of water, rugs and carpet are very worn and dirty. Location and few is excellent

Love this building! Quietest, most peaceful accommodations on Pensacola Beach! Bay swimming, fishing and boating feet from back entrance. Huge pool. Gulf 2 minute walk across street- beach is not busy and beautiful. A short walk down the sidewalk to the famous Peg leg Pete’s restaurant. Trolley stop directly in front of the building for non-driving access to the rest of the beach nightlife when cocktail hour approaches. TRISTAN TOWERS IS A BEST OF THE BEACH CHOICE.

We had a great time in Pensacola and the beach was wonderful. The A/C unit needs to be upgraded it was not getting cooler than 78F.

It fit our needs perfectly for a low-key vacation.

The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were sticky and needed to be cleaned. The dining table was also sticky and needed to be cleaned before we used it. The dryer did not dry efficiently (required multiple cycles).
