The space The apartment was completed in December 2022 and furnished with all the details to best anticipate your long and short-term stay needs. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here.
This is a quiet, clean first floor, corner unit 2bed/2bath apartment that comfortably sleeps 6 or more [1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sofa-bed, and 1 queen air mattress, & baby colt (available on demand)]. The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen 60-inch TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio overlooking the beautiful area view. Soak up the sun at the clubhouse pool or engage in other physical exercises at the gym's center, or basketball court, or play with your children at the playground. Also, there are several free parking spaces located directly outside the unit.
PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise in the apartment for the comfort of other residents. This is a quiet community that hosts highly skilled professionals and families. Any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund.
The location is in the beautiful Whitestown & Zionsville community, with a less than a two -minute drive to the Interstate highways and it is closer to Downtown Indianapolis and Downtown Carmel Indiana with several attraction points.
The unit is also conveniently down the street, Starbucks, several grocery stores, several banks, Subway, Mcdonald's, Chick Fill A, and many other facilities that will make your stay worthwhile. This apartment was perfect for the basketball tournament we were attending. It was close many restaurants, the fieldhouse and stores. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
The stay was fantastic. Did not have the right code to the lock box or the wifi, but when notified the host got an immediate response. Couch is great, but is not a queen size bed that I could see. Pool area and bbq are were wonderful. Area was great.
Overall great spot, with an especially nice setup for a baby (including a portable crib and high chair). In a nice new apartment complex. Close to many stores and restaurants. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

While the layout of this place was great for two couples and beds were comfortable the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance overshadowed our stay. Host response was timely.

Thank you for staying at our place. Why we couldn’t say we were happy that the unit was not adequately cleaned when you got there. Is 2 star not an overkill for the situation. You stated you saw some ants on the floor because of the crumbs left on the floor and we promised to send someone earlier in the morning, which we did. I personally came there, cleaned the place for you, requested that the maintenance should come and fix the toilet seats, and you even requested a some compensation and I paid you what I was able to offer. Despite all I did to satisfy you and amend the situation, you still rated us as two stars. I don’t know why it is difficult to forgive or overlook.
The apartment is just as advertised. It is in a very convenient location near a major freeway. It is also very close to a variety of shops and getting groceries is just a short drive away. The best part of our stay was the nightly walks in a park that is a couple of blocks from the apartment. The host is very responsive and is a pleasure to deal with so you will not be sorry for choosing this rental for your all vacation stays.
Property was EXCELLENT. Clean, Comfortable, and exactly what was needed. I cannot say enough about the host! Del is top notch in communication and accommodation. When traveling to the area, Del will be my first choice as a host. 5 stars all around!

Not one handtowel, either kitchen or bathroom. Dishes piled in a drainer that I had to put away, many of which were still dirty. Filthy, hair-covered baseboards in the bathrooms. Kitchen appliances sticky and smeared. The furnace filter told the rest of the story....No paper towels. No spare TP. Only 4 thin, bleach-stained towels for 4 adults for a week. No handsoap in the bathrooms. No dishwasher soap.Nothing but a massive, curved sofa for seating and it wasn't comfortable. No blankets on the beds.I could go on.I notified the agent, who brought over paper products and dishwasher soap, and replaced the furnace filter and wiped the baseboards. He also brought 4 more bathtowels and a stack of kitchen wash cloths, all with the tags still on. Still no hand towels...Altho we appreciated his responsiveness, his 'gift' of sparkling juice did not make up for the deficiencies in this apartment. Everything I listed above should already be on a checklist and stocked for each new guest.Perhaps such a checklist would lead to more positive reviews in the future.
Listing says has a sleeper sofa and an air mattress... neither is true. You can sleep on the sofa, but it isn't a pull out sleeper sofa bed. I had 2 teenage boys, and one slept on the couch in lieu of another bed and he found it comfortable. The king and queen beds were nice. Just ensure your party only needs 2 beds or is comfortable sleeping on the couch... and if you have more than 4 in your party, bring extra towels. It's a new place, very clean and a good location, not too far from anything. Eateries, grocery stores, etc are all minutes away... literally walking distance of you wanted to. Interstate is minutes away, making it easy to get to other locations. We were in town for bowling tournament held at at least 4 bowling alleys and we were approx 35 min from everywhere we needed to be. Slight issue locating it due to road closure, but owner was very helpful. Very responsive when we reached out for anything. Highly recommend this location, and would stay again if I'm ever in the area.
This apartment had plenty of room for our family of four, two adults and two teenagers. It is located on the lower level and easy to access. It's located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of shops, stores and gas stations nearby. The parking was close and there were plenty of open spaces.
The apartment was spacious and exactly as pictured. Having two full bathrooms for our family of four was a definite plus. The wi-fi worked great.
The kitchen had all new appliances. It was stocked with plenty of plates, bowls and silverware. It had pots to cook with but no baking pans like a 9x13 or pizza pan. We purchased some foil pans and a pizza cutter to get us by.
The beds were comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were a little stained and had hair (not ours) and grass in them. We washed them using the in-unit washer and dryer and the problem was solved. There are only 4 full body bath towels for two full bathrooms. The bathrooms could use a few extra large towels.
There was a park with a walking trail nearby that was an added bonus to our stay.
I would definitely stay in this apartment again with my family.
