We were a family of 4 and the apartment fit us like a glove. The space was very clean, adequately furnished and overall exceeded our expectations. The check-in process/instructions were clear and easy to follow. also, the location was close to everything. I will sure love to stay here again.

This apartment was beautiful! Weight room was great, pool was beautiful. My son loved the LuluLemon workouts in the weight room! Very clean and upscale. Our complaint is that it is advertised as pet friendly… we paid a bit more and stayed away from our baseball team because we planned on taking our small dog with us. We weren’t advised to ask permission until we got check-in instructions the day of check- in, and were then told that this particular building does not allow pets, forcing us to make last-minute plans for our pup just hours before we had to leave. There were dogs all over the place in this building - they were everywhere. The building does in fact allow dogs. I think there was a mistake somewhere. Check in was also a long drawn out process, overwhelming, we have used VRBO many times and this seemed a little excessive. If you’re techy and aren’t traveling with a pet then absolutely rent this place!! It’s beautiful!
Unit was clean. Some noise Saturday night, but much more quiet than staying in hotel! Was convenient having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only recommendation is to replace sofa (serves purpose, but can be more comfortable) and possibly new shower heads (low water pressure). Thank you again for the great stay and would stay here again!
When we walked in all we could smell was straight bleach and the surfaces had been wiped, but they were not cleaned thoroughly and many still had grime on them. Our feet turned black from walking on the floors. With a young child accompanying us, it was concerning with the amount of crumbs found on the floor, including full crackers and m&ms.

Upon arrival, the area itself was nice and check-in was smooth, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our experience with this property. We arrived late in the evening and went to bed, only to find crumbs in the bed and blood on the sheets. This is a serious biohazard and completely unacceptable for any rental property. The apartment overall was filthy. It appeared as though the floors had not been swept or properly cleaned in months. There was food stuck on the patio sliding doors, cabinets, and even on the pots and pans.In addition to the cleanliness issues, several items in the apartment were broken or poorly maintained. The towel holder in the bathroom fell off the wall simply trying to hang a towel on it, the pocket doors were off their tracks, and the Keurig machine was cracked and leaked water everywhere. The patio and flower bed area also already contained numerous cigarette butts upon our arrival. Because of this, it is extremely upsetting to now be accused of smoking and charged 150 for “evidence of smoking.” We did not smoke in the property or on the balcony. While we did receive a 120 credit, it does not justify the condition of the property we walked into, nor does it make these false accusations acceptable. It feels very unfair to be blamed after we raised legitimate concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance issues of the apartment. We respectfully request that the smoking charge be removed immediately and that this mat
