Located in Indianapolis' premier residential & retail area. The guest cottage is nestled within our home’s peaceful one acre garden and is only minutes from downtown and Carmel.
The 700 square foot guest cottage is a freestanding, fully independent building with private, fenced patio and dedicated parking.
THE LOCATION:
We are just 7 minutes to Broad Ripple, 15 minutes down Meridian Street to Downtown, 10 minutes to Carmel, 20 minutes to Westfield's Grand Park, 5 minutes to the 465, Monon walking & biking trail, and Whole Foods plaza with many retail & restaurant choices.

Some of the comments we've received have been how tranquil and relaxing it is to unwind in our guest house. The gardens are in bloom year-round and depending on the season, the display of flowers varies. Whatever time of year, it is a special place to be.
