New rental for the 2023 season! Tropic Winds 904 is a beautifully decorated, fully-furnished, coastal-living, beach condo. This condo offers FREE seasonal beach chairs from March 1st to October 31st. Don't let the lack of reviews concern you, you'll be one of the first to rent this stunning property.
From the moment you walk in you'll feel the elegance and notice the tasteful, upscale, appointments throughout the property. Features Include: quality Flexsteel living room furnishings; master Tempurpedic mattress; tiled flooring including the balcony; composite balcony furnishings; remodeled kitchen with stunning cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and breakfast bar; stainless appliances; doorless, walk-in, master shower w/ travertine accents; raised 36'' vanities; guest bathtub with tiled surrounds; comfort height toilets; upgraded fixtures; and laundry room with stacked Samsung washer/dryer.
The condo is gulf-front and offers majestic views of the emerald coast from both the living room and master bedroom. You'll love the open floor plan. The oversized balcony looks directly over the beach. It's perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a drink, reading a book, or napping to the sound of the waves.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bath ensuite. The large guest suite includes 2 queen beds and private access to the guest bathroom.
A separate laundry room offers full-size font loaders. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. Each additional vehicle will be charged $40, for an extra parking pass, to park on property. This must be paid prior to or at time of arrival. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
