Great location in Kihei with partial ocean view! Quick walk to the beach and many restaurants & shops.We enjoyed this top floor condo with 1br & loft br, each with a bathroom. It was nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer. The beach towels, umbrella, & gear were appreciated.Thanks Morgan...we would definitely stay in your lovely condo again!

Our family had a wonderful visit in Kihei! Morgan was a great and communicative host. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The location was amazing. We were right across the street from the beach and walking distance from lots of shopping and restaurants.

The condo didn’t lack any amenities and has quick easy access to our favorite beach. We’ve stayed at the Maui Vista multiple times and this condo was by far the nicest.

Following a 9 day stay at this property, I felt it was appropriate to share our experience. Checking process and communication with Morgan was good overall. However, after arriving at the condo, we quickly noticed the premise lacked the level of upkeep one would expect, particularly given the description of this property. Note that we had three other parties staying in other units in this same condominium complex, all of which were lower cost, yet cleaner and better maintained. From the start, it didn't appear the unit had been well cleaned, including discovering a large amount of sand on the tile floors, hair on the bathroom floors and carpet leading up the stairs, sand in the dryer and considerable dust throughout the condo. We noticed water pooling on the exterior balcony, and quickly learned the A/C unit in the living room wasn't draining properly resulting in water draining onto the neighboring deck below (prompting a call from Morgan to us). This same A/C unit was leaking water on the interior of the condo, which appeared to be a previously unresolved issue given the black and white mold on the interior baseboards. Further, the A/C unit in the master bedroom wasn't cooling, resulting in temps above 75 degrees making it difficult to sleep). While Morgan was willing to have someone come fix the AC units, we felt having a 5 hour maintenance job to replace the AC units, was something which should have been taken care of before our arrival (let alone the disruption).

Location was fantastic. Condo was okay. Needs to be better maintained and cleaned. AC only works well in master, banister rails are broken, toaster only burns bread, sliding glass door lock is broken, living room ceiling fan sounds like it’s going to explode and bathroom caulking is moldy.

2 night stay

We needed a 2 night stay at the end of our Maui trip and wanted to see another side of the island. Great location, so much to do in walking distance. Loved the added beach chairs and boogie board.

Gorgeous Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The location is great, right across from the beach, and you can walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We wish we were there longer. I will definitely be rebooking this condo for our future trips.

Great maui vista unit

Clean, well decorated, ocean view, closest bldg to beach, lots of extras… perfect location. We have stayed at many maui vista units over the yearsvand this one is among our favorites!

Nice property and location

Clean, good amenities, great location. Air conditioning was available but it still did get warm in the loft. Overall, highly recommend!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay here, Morgan was great at communicating with us updates when handyman was coming to replace ceiling fan light and when power was expected back after storm. All the extra beach stuff was a great bonus. The cooler was so helpful for all our beverages as our only issue was the refrigerator didn’t get very cold and we ended up having meat go bad on our second day. We would have loved it if there was less tables (3) on the balcony as it was crowded and left no room to stand and watch the sunset

Overall property was ok. Trees blocked 50% of ocean view from the lanai. 2 tables on the lanai and only 2 stools for sitting. Kitchen is tiny and upstairs bathroom smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. Property manager was quick to respond to all communications.

We had an amazing time at this Kihei condo! We found that all the amenities were perfect for our family of 4. The adult "kids" enjoyed having their own space upstairs with their own bath room and TV and we had plenty of room for all of us to co-exist during our time there. The AC kept the unit reasonably cool at night. Since we are big beach goers, we appreciated the 6 beach chairs and heavy duty cooler to take on our daily excursions. There was also an umbrella and wagon and some beach toys for smaller children, which we did not use, but what a nice addition for a family with young kids! The cabinets were stocked with some very basic spices, oil, coffee filters which made cooking a breeze. We loved our stay here and would come again to this unit, as we have visited the Maui Vista 4 times! Thank you Morgan for opening your home to our family.
