We enjoyed our visit so much! House was beautiful and had everything we needed. The little details the host provided for the guests were so amazing ( each room with towels on the beds, the welcome snacks, the coffee station!!). The beds were so comfy! We can’t wait to visit again!

Hi Barry. Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry the neighborhood wasn’t quite what you were expecting. Dayton is an historic Ohio River town with a mix of beautifully restored homes and ones still awaiting their turn, and its character is part of what draws many guests, including the walkable riverfront, the views of the Cincinnati skyline, and the short trip downtown. We always aim to set accurate expectations in our listing, and we’ll take your comment as a reminder to keep doing that. We appreciate your stay and wish you safe travels.

We were very pleased with our stay! Most impressive was the cleanliness of the house and the responsiveness of the host. There are two places to park right behind the house in the alley and we felt good about leaving our additional cars down the stairs in the extra street parking. We walked to eat and/or get coffee several times during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We were a college reunion of "old guys" and there were two great rooms and a large kitchen table where we could visit. We would def stay here again!

Very neat building - 3 total stories - with a view of the river from the top balcony. Very clean and organized. Great directions from the host for driving as gps takes you to the front while parking was out back. Excellent communication from the host and would definitely stay again!

It is a great location. The owner was very helpful. The interior was as described. The neighborhood is definitely in its remodeling stage. Neighbors across the street ( home owner) were loud and setting off fireworks. There was a train right behind the house which woke the kids up and was loud and long.

Hi Susan, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location and the interior of the home. I’m sorry that the neighborhood 4th of July fireworks celebrations disturbed your stay — that’s definitely unusual, as it’s typically a very quiet area. As for the train, we do note its proximity in the property description and provide sound machines in each bedroom to help light sleepers get a comfortable rest. Your comments are truly appreciated and help us continue improving the guest experience.

I really didn't know what to expect but the VRBO Air B&B met all of my expectations. It was well appointed, clean/spacious and minutes away from major attractions located in Dalton Ky which is less than 20 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati. The house is spacious and furnished with contemporary furnishings, modern kitchen, and large bed/bathrooms. (including nice linens) It is located across the Ohio River in the quaint little town of Dalton Ky. Dalton has lots of charm including old architectural structures, a main street full of small shops, boutiques, restaurants and only 5 minutes from the B&B. I would recommend this location for sport/concert fans in addition to families with children as both the home and its location are great!!
