I have restored her to provide glimpses of her past in the original layers of wallpaper peeking out from Carnelian Venetian plastered walls, & handmade features such as the fireplace mantel crafted of reclaimed antique doors. Furnished with a creative combination of antiques and modern furniture, original art, new appliances & equipped kitchen.

Fully furnished rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, fenced private back yard with table/umbrella, and smart TV to stream your subscriptions (no dishwasher or microwave).

St. Charles Avenue and the streetcar line & buses is only 4 blocks away, Louisiana Avenues is 2 blocks away for public buses.

Other things to note
Please make sure utility room floor does not get wet, and that umbrella and pole need to be inside when not in use.
