This is a well kept and clean unit. There are many items available for use in the kitchen and for having fun- beach chairs, very nice body boards, beach umbrella, pool noodles, lovely beach towels. The pool and grounds are well kept. The location to Sugar Beach is just a few steps away.It is a quiet location, away from traffic. The beds were comfortable - can easily sleep 6. We didn’t use the pull out bed but we did pull it out to see how it would be if we return with more people. It seems like it would be comfortable - more for young people, maybe not my old bones! We had an amazing stay and will come back!
Great property but the second bathroom doesn’t drain very well in the shower and the shower in the 2nd bathroom doesn’t have a good flow … we all just used the master shower and made due and didn’t complain … all in all the condo is perfect location and very well equipped .

A plumber was called and the clog fixed as soon as the next guest notified us of the issue.
The condo was exactly as described and was just perfect for our family trip. It is very clean and had everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, quick to respond. We had no issues. The grounds are well maintained and the pool and bbqs are cleaned every morning.
We had a fantastic time at this condo! The condo is very well equipped with kitchen items and beach needs, including chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, and beach towels. The staff onsite were friendly and we would absolutely stay again!
The condo was in excellent condition and in a great location for the activities we had planned. The split ac unit was a big plus. We were able to keep the bedrooms and living area comfortable. The view from the balcony was great.
Very nice clean well appointed condo, with everything that we needed for a wonderful vacation. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen and condo itself were well stocked and had many things for use on the beach as well which we were very thankful for.

Relaxing vibe. Very prompt to answer questions or fix things. Kitchen fully stocked. The view although of the bay and not ocean was still amazing. No direct beach access, but turtles swim up to the sea wall. Grounds are immaculate, grill is large and clean, lots of tanning chairs at pool and set up by the water. Swimming beach is 5 minute walk to end of street. Appliances are new with full size washer/dryer. SC huge bonus with separate systems for each bedroom and living room. FREE PARKING TOO. Restaurants close by but major stuff 20 minutes away. Will definitely stay here agian
The refurbished pool is really nice! The bedrooms and lanai are on the small side, but the unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice ocean views and a quiet location half a block from the beach. Host provided lots of helpful details before we arrived.
The unit is nice and clean. Well stocked except for bar ware. Unfortunately the direct deach access from the condos is permanently closed due to erosion of the bulkhead.
We loved the convenient, central location of the condo, since we wanted to explore many parts of the island. The condo was clean, had a beautiful view, and had extras that we didn’t have to rent - such as a cooler and beach chairs. The only negative was that there was no direct beach access as stated in the description. It appears that there used to be a beach and stairs leading to it but it is now roped off with signs saying “do not enter.” To get to the beach, the booklet suggested walking on the sidewalk behind the condo that leads to a public park with beach and ocean access. It didn’t really affect us much, since we were heading out each day to explore different places, but thought it might be something people would want to know. We still loved our stay and loved having a 2 bed, 2 bath condo.
Great location as a base to explore the island. Condo was well furnished. Worked great for our family which included 4 generations and 3 separate units.
