Come enjoy beautiful Miramar Beach from this 8th story 3BR/3BA Ariel Dunes 1 corner unit located at the Seascape Golf, Beach & Tennis Resort. Perfect for up to 6 guests.

Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf right from the living room or from the wraparound balcony. The views this space has to offer is everything! This luxurious condo is fully furnished, equipped with all kitchen supplies, and ready to host your next getaway to the Emerald Coast. This unit is located on the 8th floor and comes with unassigned parking spaces for up to three cars, free Wi-fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

BEDROOM & BATH

When you enter the condo you will see your first two bedrooms on either side of you, each with it's own private bathroom. Both rooms boast big windows and one even has it's own private balcony. Each room has queen sized beds and 42" Insignia Fire Stick TVs. These rooms are perfect if you are traveling with friends, family or kids!

The master bedroom has plenty of privacy on the other side of the condo from the guest bedrooms. It features a luxurious King size bed, it's own private balcony, and a 53" Panasonic TV. Off of the master is the en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, oversized garden tub, and a double vanity.

KITCHEN & LIVING

Beyond the entrance, the condo opens to the spacious, open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is bright, inviting, and comes fully equipped with everything whether you plan to cook, or bring your favorite beach snacks to store in the refrigerator or cabinets. There is a kitchen table that holds four guests, along with four extra bar stools under the kitchen countertop. It's the perfect place to host!

Past the kitchen is the beautiful living room space with plenty of seating. Enjoy watching TV on the 50" Samsung TV, or simply enjoy the beautiful views of the gulf right from the couch! If you'd like a closer look, open up the balcony doors, and enjoy the breeze from the large wraparound balcony providing incredible views of the Gulf.

RESORT & AMENITIES

The resort has it all. Grab a morning workout at the fitness center, hit the tennis courts with your friends, enjoy a round of golf on the 18-hole course, or jump in the swimming pool that is open year round and heated!

If you'd like to get off property, you are only a 3 minute walk to the crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches.

You are only a few miles away from entertainment and festivals at the Village of Baytowne Wharf - as well as the Baytowne Marina, where you can charter fishing trips, rent boats, jet skis, or even fish off the dock.

If you are looking for dining or entertainment, the Seascape Towne Centre is less than a mile away and boasts locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, laser tag, a large music venue & more! Also close by is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall for another great shopping option.

We had an amazing vacation in Miramar Beach and one of the highlights was the beautiful condo we rented - it was absolutely perfect so clean. The process was easy and we loved everything about it. Good location and property management

This is a great location for beach and pool access. The condo was as described, but the bed in one of the guest rooms was uncomfortable and squeaks every time you move. We also had a cleanliness issue caused by the people who’d stayed before us. This was handled extremely well by the property management team and cleaning staff, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this would be a great spot if the bed was updated.

We'll Be Back!!

We, loved so much about this unit. And Michael deserves a superhost plus rating because his response time to issues was quick and resolved whatever problem, question or concern we had. We had one issue with the master bedroom television and within an hour he had a Roku package delivered to our door . The unit needs some touch up work with paint and bedding but Michael informed me that is in the works once peak season in over. I can't wait to return. The pictures are as described.. An overall beautiful stay on that property.
