Great condo & Location

The place was immaculate, great access to all facilities. The entire place stayed clean, workers constantly cleaning. The resturant onsite was awesome, wide variety of food and it all was great. We will definitly return!!!

Beautiful Condo

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our family. It has a beautiful view, clean and stocked well. We had a minor issue with the water temperature and AC, I contacted the property managers via the app. They were quick to respond and fixed right away. I would definitely stay there again.

Great room and worth it

Place was very nice and we loved the location. Check in process with the resort was frustrating, but once past that headache, everything else is worth it. The front desk at the resort was slow and made check in hard, and the elevators can be frustrating, but the room again was perfect. And the owners and everyone dealing with the room were great. Would definitely stay again, I would just try and check in early to avoid the unorganized chaos.

Florida fun

Very comfortable unit. Pretty ocean view from the deck was great. Balcony was furnished with cute chairs. Beach access was very convenient. There was a sky bridge connected to the pool deck that took you right down to the sand. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with lots of good cooking utensils. Property manager was responsive and pleasant to work with.

Sunshine in The Sky

The Pinkie process was very easy and efficient; very responsive regarding questions. Location of condo/unit was great. View of the ocean and overseeing the pool area was nice; pool and hot tubs were nice. Staff were friendly. Only concern was the overall cleanliness of the unit. Will definitely book through Pinkie Flamingo in the future, we enjoyed our overall experience of Miramar Beach/Surfside/Sunshine in The Sky 💗

Would be Excellent If ...

The unit is excellent, the view is beautiful and location is great ... all good except for a few details: 1. Refrigerator makes lots of noise - big time annoyance 2. Guest room does not have blackening curtains - worse yet, the vertical blinds are broken (same as master) 3. The A/C in the guest room does not cool down at all - it was quite hot at night. 4. No clothes hangers in the closet 5. Not a major deal but LR TV is nos smart I used to rent our cabin up in Blue Ridge and I would expect things like these to be kept up with. Again other than these, everything was pretty great.
